1 CHAPTER 12 - REMOTE TIME ENTRY ADD-ON OPTION PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW The Production Management subsystem manages all daily production activities. If you are using the Remote Job Card Data Collection Add-on then the system will automatically create Job Card records for you. You may update these Job Card records at any time after creates them. is a separate Application from Visual EstiTrack Shop Management, which is located in the Programs Subdirectory. Go to Start then select Programs. To create a short cut on your desktop for simply right mouse click on your desk top, select New, then select short cut and browse for the file C:\vetuser\vetr.exe 12-1 Rev. 02/22/99
2 JOB CARD MAINTENANCE OVERVIEW The Job Card Maintenance screen is the heart of Visual EstiTrack production tracking. The Job Card Maintenance screen allows you to enter daily job cards for each Workcenter running in your shop. Each time a job card is entered Visual EstiTrack automatically updates inventory, calculates daily operation/production efficiencies, adds hours/parts produced to associated scheduling/shop order records, recalculates the schedule end date and recalculates remaining material requirements (See Exhibit 3). 3 REMOTE TIME ENTRY REMOTE TIME ENTRY SCREEN PURPOSE This screen allows access to Time Card and Job Card Reporting as well as administration where Time Card Reports and management can be accessed. CLOCK IN / CLOCK OUT BUTTONS Time Card Reporting used for Payroll purposes. Employees will clock in and clock out in this section. JOB INFORMATION BUTTON Employees will create Job Cards in this section. This will track REAL TIME for Job Costing as well as Scheduling. Employees will Clock On and Clock Off of Jobs throughout the day. ADMINISTRATION BUTTON Accessible by User s with Access Rights ONLY. 5 TIME CARD ENTRY CLOCK IN BUTTON Click the Clock In button to invoke the Time Card Entry system to clock in for payroll purposes. HOW TO CLOCK IN Click the Employee TimeCard with the Mouse, Type the Employee ID in the Employee ID field or Bar Code the Employee ID from the Employee Report or Employee ID Badge. The Employee Time Card will turn red when the Employee is clocked in Rev. 02/22/99
6 CLOCK OUT BUTTON Click the Clock Out button to invoke the Time Card Entry system to clock out for payroll purposes. HOW TO CLOCK OUT Click the Employee TimeCard with the Mouse, Type the Employee ID in the Employee ID field or Bar Code the Employee ID from the Employee Report or Employee ID Badge. The Employee Time Card will be Yellow when the Employee is clocked in. The Employee Time Card will turn red when the Employee is Clocked Out. Click the Exit Button to return to the main Screen Rev. 02/22/99
7 VIEW TIME CARD BUTTON Click the View Time Card button then select the Employee Time Card from the list that you wish to view. This will allow you to view the current Time Card. Ł OK BUTTON Click the Ok button when you are finished viewing the Time Card.Ł 12-7 Rev. 02/22/99
8 CREATE JOB CARD JOB INFORMATION BUTTON Click the Job Information button to clock on to a job to start collecting time against a job (Shop Order Operation). This will invoke the Employee list to select from Rev. 02/22/99
9 HOW TO CLOCK ONTO A JOB Click the Employee TimeCard with the Mouse, Type the Employee ID in the Employee ID field or Bar Code the Employee ID from the Employee Report or Employee ID Badge. This will activate the Job Identification Screen as seen below. REMOTE TIME ENTRY JOB IDENTIFICATION SCREEN RUN CODE FIELD If using the Scheduling Module you will be able to create this Job Card based on the Run Code located on the Routing Report. Type the Run Code, Scan the Bar Coded Run Code or use the Run Code Search button to select the Run Code. This will populate ALL fields including the Shop Order Number, Release Number, Operation Number and Workcenter. This comes from Schedule Maintenance. USING BAR CODE FEATURE If you are using the Bar Code feature the system will automatically invoke the next screen / Time Identification Screen Rev. 02/22/99
10 NOT USING BAR CODE FEATURE If you define the Run Code by typing the code in then click the Enter key on your keyboard this will invoke the next screen automatically / Time Identification Screen. If you do NOT define the Run Code and define the other details in the Job Information you must click the Enter Job Card button to invoke the next screen / Time Identification Screen. SELECT A JOB CARD THAT IS ALREADY IN PROCESS Click the View J.C. button to view Jobs that are already in process. You may then select the Job Card. Highlight the Job Card then click the Select button or double click the Job Card to select Rev. 02/22/99
11 TIME IDENTIFICATION SCREEN TIME IDENTIFICATION SCREEN PURPOSE Define the Process for the Job Card entered in the previous screen. TIME CATEGORY FIELD Type the Time Identification Code in the Time Category Field, click the Time Category button or scan the Time Category Bar Code from the Time Category Report. TIME CATEGORY REPORT The Time Category Report can be printed for scanning. Go to the Utilities drop down menu and select Time Category Report Rev. 02/22/99
12 END RUN Select End Run to End Setup Time and also to End a Run for the Day or any other Time category that you would like to END. This will invoke the Job Card Maintenance Screen. JOB CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN Note ~ The Available for Production is automatically defined and grayed out. See Job Card Maintenance Chapter 9 page 9 13 for Field Identifications. SAVE BUTTON After Updating the Job Card information, be sure to click the Save button. This command will update the Schedule and the Shop Order Maintenance. This will also Close the Job Card. 13 VIEW J.C. BUTTON Click the View J.C. button to view any Job Cards that are currently Open. This is only for viewing because you have already defined the Job in the previous screen Rev. 02/22/99
14 JOB CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN JOB CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN PURPOSE To enter a Job Card simply click on the Job Card shortcut icon or Production menu option. If you are using Scheduling, then Run Code will need to be entered. If you are not Scheduling simply skip Run Code! The Inventory being USED for this Job Card will need to be defined by clicking on the Inventory Used button. If you have allocated inventory, these items will be displayed automatically. Inventory Produced is the Inventory this is becoming such as Work In Process or Finished Goods. Neither field is required. ADD BUTTON Select the [Add] button to add a Job Card SAVE BUTTON Select the [Save] Button to SAVE changes. YES Note ~ Once the Job Card is Saved, the only fields that can be updated are as follows: Shift Field Employee Field No. of Machines Field Labor Hours Fields Quantity Fields Inventory Used Field Zero Previous WIP Check Box Location Field Bin Field Downtime Reason Field Defect Code Rev. 02/22/99
15 CANCEL BUTTON Select the [Cancel] Button to CANCEL changes. DELETE BUTTON Select the [Delete] Button to REMOVE the Job Card. Special YES, General Security can be set to Require a password to DELETE any records. See Chapter 7 Tables & Utilities, Company Table for Details. 16 JOB CARD DEFINITION FIELDS RUN DATE FIELD The system will auto-populate the RUN DATE field with the current computer date. The date does NOT come from the server computer unless you are adding a Job Card at the Server / Workstation. Special YES YES, the [Run Date] field can be updated prior to SAVING [Save button] the Job Card. YES, Double Click on the Run Date field to activate Calendar to select Run Date. Note ~ Once the Job Card is Saved, the only fields that can be updated are as follows: Shift Field Employee Field No. of Machines Field Labor Hours Fields Quantity Fields Inventory Used Field Zero Previous WIP Check Box Location Field Bin Field Downtime Reason Field Defect Code SHIFT FIELD The System will auto-populate Shift Field with [Shift 1] when Run Code is entered in the Run Code Field. YES Note ~ The system will NOT allow you to Save the Job Card until a Shift is defined. Be sure that the Correct Shift is chosen per Employee. RUN CODE FIELD Define Run Code if available. If you are not using Scheduling simply skip over this field. Special NO YES, Search Button is available. Note ~ Run Codes are created through Scheduling Rev. 02/22/99
17 PART NUMBER FIELD The system will automatically display the customer's Part Number based on the chosen Shop Order Number. NO Note ~ Part Number is NOT required to create a Shop Order, therefore if the Shop Order does not have a Part Number then the Part Number field in Job Card Maintenance will be blank. SHOP ORDER NUMBER FIELD The system will automatically display the Shop Order Number based on the chosen Run Code if you entered a Run Code. Otherwise, simply enter the Shop Order Number for the chosen Job Card. Special YES YES, Search Button is available RELEASE NO. FIELD The system will automatically display the Release Number based on the selected Run record of the chosen Job Card, if you entered a Run Code. Otherwise, simply select the Release Number for the chosen Job Card, if any. Special YES Release No. is defined in Shop Order Maintenance, Due Dates Tab. OPERATION NO. FILED The system will automatically display the Operation Number based on the chosen Run Code, if you entered a Run Code. Otherwise, simply select the Operation Number for the chosen Job Card. Field Length Special 3 Numeric ONLY YES Note ~ If the Operation selection YES, Operations are defined in Shop Order Maintenance, Operations Tab. REVISION FIELD The system will automatically display the customer's part number, drawing, or job number Revision, if any, based on the chosen Shop Order Number. Note ~ If the fields do not auto-populate, this means that it is NOT defined in the Shop Order Maintenance Rev. 02/22/99
18 WORKCENTER FIELD The system will automatically display the Machine/Operation Type Code based on the chosen Run Code, if you entered a Run Code. Otherwise, simply enter the Machine/Operation Code for the chosen Job Card. Special YES YES, Machine/Operation Types Table is located in the Tables drop down menu. See Chapter 7 Tables & Utilities for details. EMPLOYEE FIELD The Employee ID of the person that operated the Machine/Operation of the chosen Job Card. YES Special YES, Employee Table is located in the Tables drop down menu. See Chapter 7 Tables & Utilities for details. NO OF MACHINES FIELD The Number of Machines the employee operated at the same time. The system will divide his/her hourly rate equally among those number of machines to determine the Labor Costs for Work In Process. The system defaults to 1. 19 LABOR HOURS DETAIL IN JOB CARD MAINTENANCE SETUP FIELD Define the Hours spent to Setup the Machine / Workcenter. The total quantity of Setup Hours for the chosen Job Card. These hours are NOT to be included in the Available production hours. The system will track Setup Hours separate from Production Hours. Do include all Setup Hours, even if the hours are overtime. You will be able to enter the portion of these hours that are overtime in the following field, Setup Overtime. Field Length Decimal Places 2 - NO 4 Numeric ONLY SETUP OVERTIME FIELD Define the number of Overtime hours spent on setting up the Machine / Workcenter. The total quantity of Setup Overtime Hours that are a part of the Setup Hours defined for the chosen Job Card. The system will calculate the employees Pay Rate by time and a half when determining the Labor Hours in Work in Process. Field Length Decimal Places 2 Special 4 Numeric ONLY NO YES, Employee Rates are defined in the Employee Table. (See Chapter 7-Tables & Utilities for details.) AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCTION FIELD Available for Production is the Total Quantity of Hours spent on production. The total quantity of Available Production Hours for the chosen Job Card. These hours are totally separate from Setup Hours. Do include all Available Production Hours, even if the hours are overtime. You will be able to enter the portion of these hours that are overtime in the following field, Production Overtime. Field Length Decimal Places 2 4 Numeric ONLY NO Note ~ Include Downtime Hours. Downtime hours will be deducted from the Available for Production Hours. Note ~ This does NOT include Setup Hours Rev. 02/22/99
20 PRODUCTION OVERTIME FIELD Define the number of Overtime hours spent on Production. The total quantity of Available Production Overtime Hours that are a part of the Available Hours defined for the chosen Job Card. The system will calculate the employees Pay Rate by time and a half when determining the Labor Hours in Work in Process. Field Length Decimal Places 2 Special 4 Numeric ONLY NO YES, Employee Rates are defined in the Employee Table. (See Chapter 7-Tables & Utilities for details.) Note ~ This does NOT include Setup Hours. TOOLING DOWNTIME FIELD Define the hours that the Machine / Workcenter was not running due to tooling downtime reasons. The total quantity of Tooling Downtime Hours for the chosen Job Card. Field Length Decimal Places 2 4 Numeric ONLY NO Note ~ This quantity will be deducted from the Available for Production Hours Field. You may define the Downtime Reason by selecting the Defect Code or Typing in the reason manually. (See below Track Downtime in Job Card Maintenance.) OTHER DOWNTIME FIELD Define the hours that the Machine / Workcenter was not running due to tooling downtime reasons. The total quantity of Other Downtime Hours for the chosen Job Card. Field Length Decimal Places 2 4 Numeric ONLY NO Note ~ This quantity will be deducted from the Available for Production Hours Field. You may define the Downtime Reason by selecting the Defect Code or Typing in the reason manually. (See below Downtime Reason ) Rev. 02/22/99
21 DOWNTIME REASON FIELD This is an Open Notes Field to enter any downtime reason. Special YES, the system will automatically display the Reason describing the Downtime for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring and also Visual Shop Management. Note ~ Downtime ReasonDescription will print in Downtime Problems Report located in Production drop down menu. DEFECT CODE Use Defect code with Scrap Quantity and/or Downtime Hours. Special YES, Defect Codes can be added to or modified for your unique shop needs. Defect Codes Table located in Tables drop down menu. See Chapter 7 Tables & Utilities, Defect Codes Table for details. Note ~ Defect Code & Description will print in Scrap Summary Report located in Production drop down menu. PRODUCTION FIELD The system will automatically calculate and display the Net Adjusted Production Hours based on the Available, Tooling Downtime and Other Downtime Hours for the chosen Job Card Rev. 02/22/99
22 JOB CARD QUANTITIES FIELDS QUANTITY 1 QUANTITY 2 QUANTITY 3 Quantity 1, Quantity 2, Quantity 3 fields are used along with Tracking Numbers to keep the lots separate. Special NO YES, Quantity Fields used with Tracking numbers allows you to create one Job Card for 3 separate Lots. PRODUCED FIELD Produced =Total Quantity Produced The system will automatically display the first total quantity of parts or products produced for or from a specified Tracking Number, if applicable, for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. Special YES, define zero if parts were not produced. YES, Produced Quantities are required to update Shop Order, Sales Order, and Inventory On Hand in Inventory Maintenance. Note ~ Quantity 1, Quantity 2, Quantity 3 fields are used along with Tracking Numbers to keep the lots separate. REVIEW FIELD Review = Quantity sent to MRB (Material Review Board Inspection) Location. This would be used if SPC is needed. Special NO YES, Location of the Review Parts is user defined in Inventory Locations Table. Please see Chapter 7 Tables & Utilities Inventory Locations for detail Rev. 02/22/99
23 REWORK FIELD Rework = Quantity that needs to be reworked. (See Rework Summary Report & Shop Order Rework Router) The system will automatically display the first total quantity of parts or products produced for or from a specified Tracking Number, if applicable, that was Reworked for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. NO SCRAP FIELD Scrap = Quantity Scrapped (see Scrap Summary Report) The system will automatically display the first total quantity of parts or products produced for or from a specified Tracking Number, if applicable, for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. NO GOOD FIELD The system will automatically calculate and display the first total quantity of Good parts or products produced for or from a specified Tracking Number, if applicable, based on the Produced, Rework and Scrap Quantities for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. TRACKING NO. FIELD separate. Tracking Number can be used to keep lots The system will automatically display the uniquely identifying Tracking Number, if applicable, for the Qty-1 Produced field for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. 24 INVENTORY USED BUTTON If you have allocated inventory you can choose to have the system automatically calculate the quantity of materials that should have been used based on the quantity produced. Any type of inventory can be allocated, such as raw material, boxes, bags, etc. NO Note ~ The Inventory Used can be pre-defined in Shop Order Maintenance or defined Manually when adding a job card. Select Inventory Used button to define Inventory Used for this Job Card. ZERO PREVIOUS WIP CHECK BOX If activated the system will zero out the Inventory balance of the Work In Process Inventory number. Example ~ Inventory balance was 100. By the time the WIP Inventory got to the operator the quantity was 98. Selecting this check box is a quick way to update your Inventory records. Time Saver! AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATE INVENTORY USAGE BASED ON QUANTITY PRODUCED CHECK BOX Check this box to auto-calculate Inventory Used prior to saving Job Card. NO Note ~ Use default in Company Table to eliminate the need to enter this section all together. The system will automatically calculate when Save button is selected. Note ~ This can ONLY be used if the Inventory has been allocated to the Shop Order. (See Chapter 3-Order & Releases (Shop Orders) for details.) ADD BUTTON Select the Add button located in the Inventory Worksheet screen to add an Inventory Usage line item. This will invoke the Inventory Usage Detail Screen as seen below Rev. 02/22/99
25 UPDATE BUTTON Update (change) Inventory Used Quantity Highlight Inventory Number used (this auto-populates from Inventory Allocations). Select the Update button then define Quantity used. The system will automatically display the total Quantity of bars or parts used from the selected Inventory record associated with the Inventory Number for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. Note ~ If Inventory was NOT allocated, you may select Add button and Define Inventory Used manually. QUANTITY USED FIELD Define the Quantity used to reflect the Unit of Measure defined in the UOM field. Quantity Used in the Sample above indicates that 99 pieces (bars) were used. This will make it easy for the workers to define the Quantity Used. The system will convert the 99 pieces (bars) into Pounds (Stock Unit of Measure) used in Inventory Maintenance to reduce the Inventory Quantity Onhand. UOM FIELD Define the Unit of Measure that reflects the Quantity Used field. YES Quantity Used in the Sample above indicates that 99 pieces (bars) were used. This will make it easy for the workers to define the Quantity Used. The system will convert the 99 pieces (bars) into Pounds (Stock Unit of Measure) used in Inventory Maintenance to reduce the Inventory Quantity On-hand. 26 INVENTORY MAINTENANCE JOURNAL ENTRY SCREEN Journal Entry 02/08/99 Used in Production reflects pounds used based on the 99 Pieces (Bars) used as defined in Job Card Maintenance. The system converted bars to pounds and reduced the Inventory Quantity On-hand correctly Rev. 02/22/99
27 INVENTORY PRODUCED FIELDS INVENTORY PRODUCED FIELD Inventory Number Produced Define the Inventory Number this operation has produced. The system will automatically display the Material Usage Inventory Number for the chosen Job Card record associated with a specified Run Date selected in Daily Production Monitoring. NO Note ~ This will auto-populate if you have defined the Inventory Produced in the Shop Order Maintenance either through WIP button (automatically creates work in process inventory numbers) or by defining in the Operations Tab / Operation Worksheet / Default Inventory button. MOVE TO STOCK CHECK BOX If check box is activated, the system will automatically update your Inventory available for Stock. NO Note ~ Useful for overruns. LOCATION FIELD Define the Inventory Location where this Inventory is being stored. NO Note ~ The system will default to Unknown if you are not using Inventory Locations. (See Inventory Table in Chapter 8 Tables & Utilities.) BIN FIELD Define the Bin Number (If defined in Inventory Location Table) where this Inventory is being stored. NO Note ~ The system will default to Unknown if you are not using Inventory Bins. (See Inventory Table in Chapter 8 Tables & Utilities.) SAVE BUTTON After Updating the Job Card information, be sure to click the Save button. This command will update the Schedule and the Shop Order Maintenance. YES Rev. 02/22/99
28 REMOTE TIME ENTRY ADMINISTRATION ADMINISTRATION BUTTON A User with Access Rights can ONLY access Administration for Remote Time Administration. Access Rights is activated in the Users Table. Ł Click the Administration Button to activate the Login Screen. User ID and Password is required. Then click the Login Button. This will activate the Visual EstiTrack Remote Time Administration Screen Rev. 02/22/99
29 VISUAL ESTITRACK REMOTE TIME ADMINISTRATION TIME CARD MAINTENANCE BUTTON Click the Time Card Maintenance Button to activate the Time Card Maintenance Screen. This screen is used to update Time Card Entries. Payroll hours are stored in this section from Time Card Entry. HOW TO UPDATE A TIME CARD Select the Time Card by defining Criteria and then click the Search button. THis will list all time cards that match your criteria. To list ALL Time Cards, leave the Criteria fields blank and select the Search button Rev. 02/22/99
30 TIME CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN SELECT THE TIME CARD TO UPDATE From the List Highlight the Time Card Entry you wish to update. Then click the Time Detail button. You can also double click the Time Card entry to activate the Time Detail Screen. TIME DETAIL SCREEN TO UPDATE A TIME CARD LINE ITEM ENTRY Highlight the Time Entry you wish to make changes. Then click the Update button. You may also double click the Time Entry to activate the Time Line Maintenance Screen. The system tracks each time the employee selects the Clock In and Clock Out buttons at which time the system created a new Time Line Detail record. TIME LINE MAINTENANCE SCREEN SAVE AND EXIT BUTTON After updating the line item click the Save and Exit button to save changes. CLEAR AND EXIT BUTTON This will clear the details from the Time Line Maintenance. DID SOMEONE FORGET TO CLOCK OUT? Rev. 02/22/99
31 To Add a NEW Time Line Entry Highlight the line below the Clock In entry then click the Update button. This will activate the Time Line Maintenance Screen to add a Clock Out Line item. Define the Time Category such as Clock Out. Define the Time the Employee should have clocked out. Click the Save and Exit Button to save changes Rev. 02/22/99
32 TIME CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN ADD A TIME CARD ADD BUTTON Click the Add button located in the Time Card Maintenance Screen to add a Time Card record. This will activate the Add New Time Card Option. EMPLOYEE FIELD Select the Employee from the List box in the Add New Time Card Screen. RUN DATE FIELD Define the Time Card Date in the Add New Time Card Screen then click the Create Time Card and Exit button. This will take you back to the Time Card Maintenance Screen. Follow the Instructions to Update the Time Line Entries after adding the New Time Card. DELETE THE TIME CARD Highlight the Time Card line item in the Time Card Maintenance Screen then select the Delete button. This will remove the Time Card Rev. 02/22/99
33 JOB CARD MAINTENANCE JOB CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN JOB CARD MAINTENANCE SCREEN PURPOSE This screen allows access to current Open Job Cards and also Closed Job Cards. Job Cards are considered Open when you create the Job Card through until you select End Run for the operation. This activates the Job Card Maintenance Screen and once saved, the Job Card is Closed Rev. 02/22/99
34 CRITERIA OPTIONS Open Only Option The system will automatically list ALL Open Job Cards when this screen is first activated. The Criteria Options are used to narrow the search for Job Cards to review. Simply define criteria then click the Search button to list Job Cards that match the criteria defined. To see CLOSED Job Cards, simply uncheck the Open Only check box option then click the Search button. This will list both Closed and Open Job Cards. CLEAR BUTTON Click the Clear button to Clear the Criteria Option Fields. DELETE JOB CARDS OPTION Highlight the Job Card Line Item then click the Delete button to remove the Job Card record. UPDATE JOB CARD OPTION Time Detail Button Highlight the Job Card Line item then click the Time Detail button to update time stamps. This is useful for Remote Time Monitoring ONLY. You will need to update the Job Card manually through Job Card Maintenance to reflect the change in Job Costing Rev. 02/22/99
35 DID SOMEONE FORGET TO CLOCK OFF OF A JOB? END RUN? Highlight the Job Card Line Item in the Job Card Maintenance Screen then select the Time Detail button. SAVE AND EXIT BUTTON Click the Save and Exit button to save any changes. It is Not necessary at the Employee level, unless the employee shift time is different from this Company Default Time (Default Shift Time Maintenance). YES ROUNDING LIMIT IN MINUTES Define minutes to Round Clock In/Out & Lunch In/Out, Example: If Joe clocks in 15 minutes early at 5:15 every day but does not start work until 5:30, enter 15 in the field and the will automatically round his Clock In time to 5:30. The system will Round Up at the Clock In and Round Back at the Clock Out command. The system automatically defaults to this Company Default Rounding Limit ONLY if the Employee Table Defaults are not defined. It is NOT necessary at the Employee level, unless the employee time is different from this Company Default Time. NO MINIMUM LUNCH TIME Define minutes for LunchTime. The system automatically defaults to this Company Default Shift Time. This is used when you have a mandatory quantity of minutes for lunch time. Example: Your company policy requires that all employees must take at least a 30 minute Lunch but Joe always clocks in after 15 minutes. If the Minimum Lunch Time is 30 minutes the system will automatically Clock Joe Out at 30 minutes when he clocks in. It is NOT necessary to define this at the Employee level, unless the employee is different from this Company Default Time. If your company is using the Automatic Lunch Clock Out / In option, then you can NOT use the Minimum LunchTime Option. NO USE AUTOMATIC LUNCH OUT/IN FOR TIME CARDS Yes Activate the Check Box If the check box is activated, the system will automatically stamp a Clock Out/In time on the Time Card as defined in the Lunch Out / Lunch In Time field related to the Shift Defined in the Employee Table.
