Every version can be used for roofs both with and without gravel surface. The statically approved and certified solutions have proven their durability for many years under wind and snow loads. Whether you require traditional triangular or optional semi-circular supports the frames are reliably secured against lifting, without damaging the roof membrane. files provide yet another alternative their improved static properties provide enormous stability. Another advantage: both M10 T-head bolts and M8 hammerhead nuts fit in each slot, thus providing you with considerably more flexibility during assembly. All profiles are available in various lengths or can be made to order. The assembly angles allow continuous rows of up to 15.0 meters to be installed. In addition, matching end caps can also be fastened to the ends to provide a harmonious overall appearance. Surprisingly easy mounting. The INTERSOL mounting system can be practically mounted on all flat roofs in just a few easy steps: A Roof fastening (flat roof mounting frame) Aluminum triangular supports are used as standard for the substructure and can be adjusted at various tilt angles. The local wind and snow loads determine the profile thicknesses to be selected as well as the ideal clearances between the supports. Flat roofs with a gravel surface allow the construction to be easily weighted down against wind suction loads using the existing gravel. In this case, the supports are first riveted to plastic base plates: if the best option requires mounting the modules vertically, each support is fastened to two plastic base plates. If you are planning on cross-mounting the modules, two supports are mounted on a plastic base plate for each module. Concrete blocks are suitable for stabilizing triangular supports that are attached directly to flat roofs without gravel. Upon request, aluminum semi-circular supports are also available at a fixed 30-degree tilt angle as an aesthetically appealing alternative to aluminum triangular supports. The clearances between the supports must be chosen according to the wind and snow loads. This version, for example, is weighted down against wind suction using concrete plates. C Module fastening Two additional cross girders are fastened to the supports for common vertical installation. The individual modules are connected together by middle clamps and fastened to the profile on the existing roof construction at the respective ends by end clamps. If the modules are alternatively cross-mounted, they must be directly attached to the triangular supports and only fitted with end clamps. An M8 anti-theft device that prevents an Allen key from being inserted can also be optionally installed. Exceedingly clever: our intelligent constructions not only allow systems to be quickly assembled by just one single person, they also allow the modules to be conveniently replaced. The cross girder Standard type 2 is suitable for all common applications the profile is noted for its high stability and the integrated cable channel allows quick and orderly cable installation. If both the loads and the clearances between the fixing points are smaller, the cross girder Light type 2 is the perfect solution its reduced height coupled with the lack of a cable channel makes the profile incredibly light.
