4 Logging into SAP Learning Hub All user adoption edition users access the Learning Hub through native login There is an option for SSO enablement which would be done on per case basis TheURLishttps://performancemanager.successfactors.eu/login?company=learninghub&loginMethod=PWD This page is not configurable and is the same for all user adoption edition users Both username and password are case sensitive By convention, the usernames of all users will be their address in lower case All users will be prompted to change their password on first log in If users forget their password, they can request the system to reset it and send them a new one via SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. 5 Home Page Navigation Information Tiles By default, all users land on the Home page after logging in It consists of different tiles with information to guide users through the different elements of SAP Learning Hub These tiles are in a pre-set layout and are the same for all user adoption edition customers The tiles and their content are controlled by SAP and are not customisable Once logged in, users have the option to move the tiles around and switch them on or off using the Tile Browser Users navigate between the Learning Rooms, Learning Content and Home page using the dropdown menu on the top left of the screen 2015 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. 14 Team Leader Functionality Reports & Assigning courses to users Access to Team Leader functionality is defined by a line management structure maintained within SAP Learning Hub The term used to identify a Team Leader within the Hub is Primary Supervisor Users identified as a Primary Supervisor will have access to additional Hub functionality under the My Employees tab Primary Supervisors should be identified during the deployment stage so they can be added in bulk to the Learning Hub Hub admins have the ability to make manual changes to users Primary Supervisors to reflect changes Please refer to the following videos for details on : (a) Reports (a) Assigning Courses SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. 15 User Adoption Edition Deployment Steps
16 SAP Learning Hub User Adoption Edition Deployment Steps 1. The SAP Education Enablement Executive (EE) completes the deployment request form and organises a handover meeting with the SAP Learning Hub Delivery Manager. This form must include the SPOC from the customer side who will work with the deployment manager until go-live. 2. A SAP Learning Hub deployment manager will be assigned by SAP and a kick-off meeting held with the customer. This will cover : 1. The templates relating to user and branding information 2. How reporting and the admin functionality works 3. Support channels, SLA s and identification of key administrators 4. Overview of the provisioning process of instant producer and navigator, as part of the content factory service 5. A preferred go-live date will also be identified (minimum 3 weeks) from the kick-off meeting 3. A request will be submitted to the Op s team to create a new generic SAP Learning Hub User Adoption Edition instance by raising a ticket on component IMKPS_EDUC_LEARNINGHUB 4. Weekly meetings will be scheduled with the customer to track progress, answer questions and plan the info sessions for team leads and administrators 5. Once the user details and branding information are available they ll be uploaded to the Hub 6. Link to instant producer will be sent to the customer after named admin users (entitled for upload of recordings, and to trigger content factory service), and a preferred standard user name (used for all other instant producer users but without upload privileges) has been provided to the Delivery Manager 7. The deployment manager will hand the customer over to operations post go-live SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. Public 16
