SikaLastomer -710 is a pasty, non-sagging, on a butyl paste based sealant which contains solvents. It is suitable for plastic sealing of joints in many industrial sectors such as car, bus, truck and caravan industry. SikaLastomer -710 is used when there is the possibility of future disassembly. SikaLastomer -95 is a high performance, tacky elastic butyl tape. Specifically developed for sealing critical Standing Seam Roof (SSR) endlaps and lap joints for metal building roofs, skylights, roof curbs, smoke vents, air conditioning equipment, curtain wall joints and perimeter areas around windows and doors. Sealing exterior lap joints of grain storage bins and sealing the base to the concrete pad. Designed for sealing polyethylene sheeting, metal sewer pipes, exposed and concealed exterior lap joints of aluminum, steel, coated metals, wood, roof rails and door hinges in transport equipment, waterproof rivet seams and lap seams in truck trailers and RVs. Sikaflex -521 UV adheres well to a wide variety of substrates and is suitable for elastic sealing and bonding. Suitable substrate materials include timber, metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2-C systems), ceramic materials and plastics. Seek manufacturer s advice before using on transparent materials that are prone to stress cracking. Sikaflex -552 AT is suitable for joints subjected to dynamic stresses. Suitable substrate materials are metals, particularly aluminum, metal primers, paint coatings, sheet steel, ceramic materials and plastics. Sikaflex -852 FR is a multi-purpose, non-sag 1-C adhesive and sealant with good fire-retardant properties, which cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable elastomer. Sikaflex -852 FR is manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 / quality assurance system and the responsible care program. Sikaflex -551 is a very low emission onecomponent adhesive based on the Sika Silane Termi-nated Polymer (STP) technology. Sikaflex -551 not only exceeds common environmental and safety standards but it is also equipped with fungicidal which inhibits the growth of microorganism in warm and humid environments. It is suitable for elastic, vibration-resistant joint, and for a wide variety of interior and exterior sealing and bonding applications. Suitable substrate materials include timber, glass, metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2-part systems), ceramic materials and plastics. Sikaflex -529 AT is designed for use as a sprayable elastic sealant for seam sealing and lap joints in collision repair and vehicle body construction. Where applied, Sikaflex -529 AT improves the resistance against stone chip and other attacks to the car body. Sikaflex -529 AT adheres well to all the materials commonly used in body shops, e.g. metal primers and paint coatings, metals, painted plastics and plastics. SikaDamp -620 is non-curing and lightweight self-adhesive mastic used for reduction of impact noise, e.g. driven rain and hail grains, and structure borne vibration. Processed with an aluminum constraining layer, this material can be die cut into customized shapes and sizes specific for each application. Sikagard is a solvent-free, 1-component underbody coating with excellent sound deadening properties. It has excellent acoustic properties, high resistance to abrasion, good sag resistance. SikaForce is suitable for corner bonding of powder coated and anodized aluminum frames and sash frame profiles, usually used for windows, doors and facade s or other aluminum constructions. SikaPower is a multipurpose twocomponent structural epoxy adhesive, which cures at room temperature. It is a non- sagging, thixotropic paste, developing high strength to form a rigid bond with a large number of substrates. When cured, the product shows elevated mechanical properties as well as good ageing resistance. It is particularly suitable for composite bonding (e.g., FRP and SMC) and for bonding metallic structures or inserts in transportation and general industry. SikaPower is a flexible, thixotropic, cold-applied, heat-curing sealant based on epoxy and chemistry. SikaPower is suitable for sealing seams (e.g. laser step seams) and joints for sheet metal assembly work. After application the sealant forms a thin skin at ambient temperatures within approx. 3.5 hours on exposure to atmospheric moisture. SikaPower is a thixotropic, warm applied, structural heat curing adhesive based on epoxy and chemistry. It is suitable for structural bonding of different types of metals. The adhesive is designed for structural bonding applications and is usually used in combination with spot welding, riveting, clinching and other mechanical fastening techniques to fix the parts until the curing process is completed. SikaForce L35 cures to form a rigid, strong and durable polymer. It is primarily used for bonding of metal, fiber cement, wood and glass fiber reinforced polyester to expanded and extruded polystyrene foam, foam and mineral wool in the manufacturing of sandwich elements and other constructions SikaForce L45 is a high viscosity adhesive that cures to form a rigid, strong and durable polymer. Its paste-like consistency makes it ideal for application, even to vertical surfaces and for bonding a range of assemblies, such as assembling of profiles, reinforcements and sandwich constructions of, for instance, glass fiber reinforced polyester,wood, metals, foams and ceramic substrates.
