39 Newest Features Continued Cost True Up for Completed Jobs (Optional) When a Job s Status is Changed from Order to Completed, the Actual Cost of the FG each = Job s Actual Cost Each. You can now set an option in the Advanced Setup to have the previous Estimated Cost Each replaced with the Job s Actual Cost Each. This True Up will update the Job, the Item s Value Entries, and related General Ledger entries when you run Adjust Cost/Post Cost. Notice below, how the $ adjustment is posted to the Value Entries.

40 Newest Features Continued Bin Contents is now supported on the Job Journal Entries. When you post consumption of RM, you can now specify which bin is to be relieved. The process makes all the associated transactions at the bin entries also. 94. Enhanced Job Statistics Window with Cost Category for Shop Labor and Field Labor We have added a 9 th Cost Category Field Labor to the 8 existing Categories. This will allow for an easy split of Shop Labor and Field Labor.

43 Newest Features Continued Completed Jobs now has Fact Boxes for Statistics Outside Processing Resources now has Specific Unit Cost. It can now optionally pull the cost from the Planning Lines, not the Resource Card. (Works just like NAV Mfg) This will allow for a Subcontract Vendor to Quote Specific Cost per process they are working on.

44 Newest Features Continued Phase Code has been added to the Task List. [Work Center View] This is a means of Grouping Tasks together for a Job Level View of Percent Complete on the Group.

45 Newest Features Continued Resource Load Enhancement. Matrix Window (P ) You can now view each Resources Load by Day, Week, Month, Qtr, or Year. Drill into the supporting Resource Load Detail.

46 Newest Features Continued CAD import Utility for Bill of Materials using XML Ports. (BOM) You can now import your Bill of Materials directly from your CAD software. Just create the TXT file, and use our Import Utility to bring the BOM into the Item s Planning Lines or if appropriate, into the Job s Planning Lines Requisition Worksheet generates multiple Purchase Quotes to vendors you select This is a much requested feature. Enable the Requisition Worksheet to generate Purchase Quotes. Then review the Vendor s Quotes, select your desired Vendor, and Make Purchase Order from the Purchase Quote. If the Requisition Line was related to a Job s Planning Line, then update that Planning line with the selected Vendor s Cost Information. Hence, you are improving the accuracy of your Estimate as you approve Vendor Quotes.
