Since center has been started in the month of April 2018, so our first batch has taken place bit late, training is going on and their placement

Mobilization of persons with disability candidates was difficult as per our criteria, so we have started to target U & Haryana State to reach out to more candidates, in this series, we have organised 12 Camps and mobilized more than 400 candidates. i. 3 4. Activities/Trainings Impact: Qualitative Report Activities Registrati on Description In order to do registration of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), s/he must fit in the essential requisites. These are: a. Disability (Disability Certificate is a must) b. Age-group: Years c. Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Standard d. Willingness to Work. During registration some relevant documents of a trainee must be collected. a. Disability Certificate b. ID Proof (Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Aadhar Card) c. Address Proof (Ration Card/ Electricity/ Passport) d. Copy of Bank Account (Passbook) e. Caste Certificate f. Academic Qualification Certificate (10th and onwards) g. Passport Size Photographs. Photos

4 Assessme nt Baseline Assessment: It is a tool for trainers to understand the skill sets of trainees and is done on basis of 5 parameters such as Personal skills, Communication skills, Social behavior, Occupational skills & Mobility & hand functions. Generally, it is conducted on 2nd day of training. Midterm Assessment: It is conducted to evaluate the learning & progress of trainees of basic training involving three subjects English, Computer & Soft Skills. It is to be conducted on 30th day or after 1 month of training. End term Assessment: It is conducted to evaluate the learning & progress of sector specific training (IT/ITes, Organized Retail & Hospitality) in which trainees were trained. It is to be conducted after 1 and half months or 45th day of training. Counselli ng This activity involves counselling of trainees on their various concerns by the trainers or through some external experts. Parents Training Instructio n Parents also play a significant role in the lives of persons with disability individuals. Thus, parents workshops are also arranged where trainer, trainee and parent interaction took place on various issues such as training and placement related issues.

5 Motivation al Session Sometimes, it has been observed that in the fall of certain disabilities trainee lack confidence. They have paucity of conviction in their own capabilities. Thus, to inject some motivation and rigor in their spirits, motivational sessions are arranged. In these sessions, some persons with disability candidates come and share their professional experiences with the trainees. Assessme nt & Feedback After each assessment, feedback of each trainee is shared with their respective parents that will eventually reflect the outcome of the training sessions conducted by trainers. Placement After successfully completing all the training phases, trainees are lined up in actual interviews through contacting with the corporate and looking out for relevant career opportunities either with the current hiring partners or approaching new partners.

Branding Particular Logos of funding agencies have visibility across all activities and venues such as: training/workshopsessions, exposure visits, etc. Logo and stamp of funding agency on all accounting & financial records. Post completion of training programme, the certificate issued to the candidates shall have logos of funding organisations along with Sarthak s logo. Funding agencies SBI Card & SBI Foundation will get due visibility in the project premises vicinity and on all communication channels and materials published by Sarthak like annual report, brochure, leaflets, standees, banner, digital platforms, etc. Media coverage of activities undertaken in the quarter Description SBI card and SBI Foundation are the respective funding partners and their logo s is been used in every communication material & activities of Sarthak Faridabad Center. Logo is been used, but we are not permitted to use stamp. Remarks 1st Quarter Training Program is undergoing. Once training will get over than we will release the Certificate which is having valid logos. Sarthak has already gave complete visibility to SBI Foundation & SBI Card Logs in each communication Material. i.e. Banner, Leaflet, Brochure, Digital Platforms & into Registration forms. Center Inauguration is been covered in 24*7 News Channel. 6. Case studies and success stories of the quarter (at least 3 case studies and 3 success stories). Since 1st quarter training program is ongoing and will get over by June 30 th, So we will be sharing the case stories once our training will get over and candidates will be in their respective Jobs. 7. Submit two small videos (one video should be of 4 minutes max and other one as a teaser restricted to 90seconds to 1 minute only) of the project impact from the quarter. Since 1st quarter training program is ongoing and will get over by June 30 th, So we will be sharing the quarter impact video by end of 1 st quarter, once our training will get over and trainees will be in their respective Jobs. As because impact can only be measured via employment outcome
