Asbestos Management Surveys are required to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect asbestos containing materials (ACMs) in a building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to assess their condition. Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys are required when intrusive works are planned within a building. Asbestos Demolition Surveys are required before undertaking demolition works.
