9 Things to consider before we meet I have included in this packet sample copies of the exclusive right to sell contract and sellers disclosure statement that will be two of the required documents for listing your house. Highlighted are the areas I will ask you to initial/e-sign on the online forums, as well as a few areas I have filled in with information.
