1 Our Membership background In order to maintain low rates for our clients, we are providing our customers with an option to subscribe to our new membership program in lieu of a labor rate increase. We have not increased our rates for over 5 years and our goal is to continue to find ways to maintain great benefit to our clients. We also believe our program must provide a benefit to our clients, which is the reason we offer shorter minimum time calculations and membership includes remote services without additional charge. This program should allow us to maintain our current rates for the next few years. We have seen many offerings marketed at rates around $ a month features differ between other company offerings, but in many cases this fee is for only 1 server. General Offering Breakdown Our membership program will provide 1 hour of remote, phone and/or support billed in 10 minute increments instead of standard 30 minute minimum on our standard remote support. Membership included support is for use for the membership owner home or business and includes, PC s and Servers (server support provided only on Server Memberships). Membership does not include onsite service, however will discount trip charges by 50% for onsite support during active membership regular onsite rates and minimums will apply. Advice PC Group Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual subscription offering. Our memberships come in three levels Consumer (home users with no business), Business without out server s (either onsite or at remote site) and Businesses with Servers. Due to each client type has different needs, the programs are different as well. The specific information for each offering and pricing are listed on the next few pages. pg. 1

2 Personal Customers 1. Cost - $40.00 monthly (can be paid as an annual contract - $30.00 discount off monthly cost) 2. Included service with membership We can install small application which will allow us to monitor your systems for performance and security updates. 5. 3 Business customer No Server Cost $60.00 monthly (can be paid as an annual contract - $40.00 discount of monthly cost) 1. Membership includes 2 after-hour connections to your server to verify Security Updates and error log review as preventative measure no time used for these connections. 6. 5 General information 1. 1 hr support offering included in membership cannot be applied to any hardware or software purchases and has no cash value. 2. Memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from payment date 3. Security software (paid either monthly or annually) not refundable after activation 4. All monthly memberships must be on automatic payment through credit card or by monthly check 5. Prices will not change during paid period monthly or annual membership. We reserve the right to modify pricing as needed. However, we do not expect any changes for a few years. 6.
