5 What You Need To Know AT&T Small Business Service is designed for your company if: You require more than three lines of service at your business location. You currently do not have AT&T local service. Your business has 100 or fewer employees. You have a Federal Tax ID (Employee Identification Number). You meet other requirements for eligibility and availability. AT&T Small Business Service automatically enrolls you in the AT&T Exclusively Business Program, a relationship program for small businesses that provides enhanced support and valuable benefits. Currently Smart Business Suite packages are offered online only to the following 22 in-region states (AL, AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, and WI).
