5 Our History 1956 We manufacture moulded PU-forms as gaskets for sunroofs We are the first to use injection moulding of soft PVC for shift levers and brake lever cuffs We are the first to use silicone rubber for sealing flaps and technically moulded parts or formed components in addition to manufacturing temperature resistant and waterproof foamed seals We develop roof linings and rear shelves made of twin wall sheets for commercial vehicles We manufacture rear seats from PU-foam layers We develop pyrotechnical seat belt pre-load devices We develop crash pads made of expanded polypropylene We develop next generation pyrotechnic seat belt pre-load devices We supply non-woven covers made of renewable raw materials We use multi component injection moulding process in manufacture We deliver the six millionth firewall seal Transition of the Molan Kunststofftechnik and Vertriebs GmbH into the Trecolan GmbH, located in Bremen.
