1 UNIT OVERVIEW Description of the Unit In this unit, you will learn how to execute the project plan, and upon completion, close out the project. You will learn how to develop a role-responsibility matrix, monitor and control project execution, communicate with stakeholders, reassess risk, and analyze the results of the effort.
