2 The client is at the heart of our strategy and we use Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, to help us implement this strategy in order to be competitive and get to the number one spot in the market. However, the company faced a significant problem: The business applications they used to support the all-important recruitment process were not working well together. In addition, the company s customer relationship management system and other tools were archaic, making it increasingly difficult to respond to customer demands as quickly as the competition. For help, the temporary employment agency turned to Masao, a Microsoft partner based in France. Masao recognized the challenges the client was facing and set out to streamline and unify their business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365. By developing proprietary modules on top of Dynamics 365 and deploying the full range of Microsoft products, Masao was able to automate many of client s tasks and analyze results to create greater overall efficiency. The temporary employment agency is now able to process and manage more users and grow their business without being held back by their IT infrastructure. We integrated multiple modules for their business, such as proprietary modules that we developed as well as Office 365 to manage resumes. We really used the whole range of Microsoft products appropriate for their business.

Masao now builds its internal teams in line with Microsoft s various business areas, such as marketing, management, and business intelligence. When clients have a specific need in one of those areas, Masao assigns the appropriate team and builds solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform, while seamlessly integrating additional platforms like Azure, Power BI, or Office 365. Microsoft answered all our questions and addressed all our issues, and overall offered solutions we needed for hosting on Azure, so we selected Azure and invested in its future.
