Callista CIRIS Automatic guest call logging is integrated into the system along with automatic phone control and both are powerful standard features of the system. Callista CIBI Callista CIRIS provides automatic management of your online reservations from your channel manager directly into your reservations pad while simultaneously managing all the changes in your room availability around the clock even while you sleep. Guest confirmations are also ed automatically. Callista CIBI automatically and seamlessly transfers all guest internet usage directly from your internet billing device onto your checkout statements for integrated guest billing.

4 Taking control. Callista Hospitality incorporates a suite of really useful operational, financial and statistical reports to help you manage your property. Reports can be auto-scheduled to run whenever you want so that you don t have to remember and they can be delivered automatically via printer, or in a number of different file formats. You can also design your own documents for reservation confirmations and guest registrations and any other forms you want such as guest surveys adding your creative touches to make these your own. Our Help Desk operates 24 hours-a-day Monday to Friday and 16 hours-a-day at the weekend.
