ISOBUS is the name of the international interface for tractors and the various machines. ISOBUS is a combination of ISO and BUS. ISO because the transmission medium, plug connections and the exchange of data are defined according to the ISO standard BUS because the transmission medium is a databus (CAN bus). ISOBUS is compatible across manufacturers and can, therefore, be used, combined and coordinated with a variety of machines and devices. 2

6 POWER CONTROL Basis for the ISOBUS system on silage trailers Standard operation for all Pöttinger silage trailers with unloading proportioning ("D" types). The computer contains software for Power Control and ISOBUS. Also available on request for trailers with no unloading proportioning ("L" types). All automatic functions can be controlled directly from the controller. Error messages are also displayed. There is integrated data logging.
