1 FROM 24 TH TO 26 TH OCTOBER 2013 E-tenders are hereby invited on-line for conceptualizing, designing, execution and supervision of indextb Stall on turnkey basis at INDIA CHEM Gujarat 2013 being held at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar from 24 th to 26 th October 2013 only from the Empanelled Agencies of indextb. The Empanelled agencies may submit tender by visiting or till 24 th September, 2013 up to 04:00 PM only in electronic form and therefore physical documents/hard copies are not required to be submitted by the Empanelled Agencies. indextb has been allotted space of about 500 square meters (27 meters x 19 meters) Stall No. B5 at Hall B in Exhibition area of INDIA CHEM Gujarat 2013 as indicated in the layout at Annexure - A. indextb s Empanelled Agencies may also like to visit the website of INDIA CHEM Gujarat 2013 at for information about event. The selection process would be concept and cost based selection (CCBS). The Committee will select the Agency by giving 70% weight age on the quality of concept, design and presentation before it and 30% weight age will be given to the price bid. Exhibition contents should be more creative and interactive and innovative. The pre-bid meeting has been fixed at 03:00 PM on 7 th September, 2013 in the Conference Room of indextb, Gandhinagar. The Presentation will be organized on any day after 24 th September, 2013 in the Conference Room of indextb, Gandhinagar. The time and date will be intimated to the agencies. 1

No taxes shall be paid separately. TDS will be deducted as applicable. Even if the Agency is postulating more than one design/models, the quoted price for all the models/alternatives should be rationalized and only one figure to be indicated. The Event Contractor shall provide detailed layout, and sizes of all panels to be displayed inside the pavilion based on presentation at the time of presentation The agency should procure the photographs/concerned data related to exhibitions themselves at no additional cost and the ownership of the photographs and text matter would be that of indextb The validity of the quotation is up to 90 days from the date of inviting the quotation. The maximum cost for the above job should not exceed Rs. 34,00,000/- (Rs.
