4 Introduction Grandeur Metals (Pvt.) Limited (GM) is private limited company incorporated under Companies Ordinance 1984 and registered importer & exporter. It is an Industrial Steel business group, dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of Exceptional Quality M. S. welded Pipes, Profiles and Tubes. GM is an Asian based one of the leading manufacturer and supplier to the Major Local Engineering Industries and as well as International markets. The production unit is located at RCCI Rawat Industrial Estate, Islamabad, Pakistan. GM aims to be a global player. In pursuance of its objectives, it is committed to maintain world-class quality standards, efficient delivery schedules & competitive price. 5 Product Portfolio/Detail Description: Hot Rolled / Cold Rolled & Coated Steel Welded Pipes,Window Frames Surface & Parameters: Black, Dull Bright, Cold Rolled, Bright/ Self Coloured / Coated & Un-Coated Shapes: Our pipe mill lines are designed to produce Round, Square, Rectangular, Triangular, Z, T, D, Elliptical & Hexagonal with diameter or Tube O.D Φ 20 up to 101 mm (0.75 inch up to 4 inch) wall thickness 0.30 mm up to 4 mm Uses & Applications: Construction & Scaffolding, Poles & Tents, Fans & Furniture, Bicycle & Motorcycle, Automotive & Transformers, Light & Heavy Machinery etc. Production capacity: We have planted best Cold Rolling mills/ hydraulic Slitter line (steel sheet cutter), best pipe mills, high frequency welding plants 200KVA +100KVA & Window / Door frame mill. These machines have all together finished goods capacity of Up to 5000 Metric-tons Which is worth of PKR 450 million ($ 4.5 million ) per month with all major permission for manufactures from Government of Pakistan. 5

6 Product Portfolio/Detail Quality Control: Leakage, Tensile, Flattening, Bending etc. Strength: Material is Semi Hard / Soft and can be used for Bending as well. Packing ; Loose as well as Square bundles. Length; The Standard Length offered is 6.10 meter (20 ft) other lengths are available as per orders. 6

7 Raw Material Hot Rolled Coils / Sheets (HRC) Cold Rolled Coils / Sheets (CRC) Galvanized Steel (GV) We use only imported raw material from the worlds best flat steel producers some of them are Tata Steel UK, Tata Steel Holland, Arcelor Mittal Europe, Mac Steel South Africa, Arcelor Mittal South Africa, Duferco Canada and top ten mills from China. 7

12 Management, Production & Maintenance Management : Taking steel sheet to producing pipes and window frames, our advance approach, intensive engineering, scientific and research collaboration, and a broad network of people dedicated to creating value for our customers, our communities and our company. Our top quality management is responsible for all aspects of production & operational and maintenance of plant. Management collaborate with operational staff to work as a team that understands the strengths of our business that depends on the safety, skills, quality of our products, and our community and environment stewardship. Production : Our production staff is highly trained and skillful work force who are responsible for all aspects of the production process, including material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, warehousing and various support activities. Our staff have vast previous industry experience and they handled all the production process efficiently. Maintenance : Plant maintenance personnel are responsible for the hands-on upkeep of all equipment necessary for the production and control processes, preventative/predictive, planed outage, routine maintenance and unplanned stoppages. They are trained and manage the maintenance work in effective and efficient way. 12
