16 3.1 Terminal process The process which is being developed in the terminals corresponds to the following main activities: IMPORT: when the flow of goods is about to enter a country EXPORT: when the flow of goods is about to leave the country IMPORT The process is started before the goods arrive at the harbour and the shipowner keeps updating the communication about: Container: the status and order Freight list Arrival Traffic Notes (ATN) Once the goods have arrived at the harbour terminal occurs the GATE IN, the container stays about an hour in the terminal and the departure (GATE OUT) is introduced after getting the Order to Move -O.T.M (via Anubis) The containers are transported to the DB terminal (traceability supported by Anubis) where the process of entering is repeated, they can stay in the terminal or be distributed to the end customer. 3.2 Terminal process - Import / export EXPORT The goods collected by the overland transport arrive at the DB Terminal and at the same time the Order Management, the Booking, the Order to Move take place in Anubis and generate the loading of the containers to the harbour/port terminal. This process is being managed by Anubis in order to be able to trace it. Once the train has arrived at the harbour/port terminal, it proceeds once again to the entrance, the warehouse and the exit to be loaded to the shipping line. Page 16 of 93
