13 Technical Dispatching of NET4GAS Dispatching of NET4GAS is responsible for daily operation of N4G gas grid Dispatching of NET4GAS is standalone unit There are no pan-european dispatching centers as with Electricity Used for Emergency situations in Czech republic Real-time data from SCADA transmission system 24/7 operation time

15 Balancing & Accumulation Gas transmission network is not necessary to be balanced in every moment because of Linepack The certain part of accumulation is provided to cover imbalances of the shippers free of charge Shipper can buy or sell unused flexibility on the market on daily basis NET4GAS is obliged to maintain accumulation within safety limits Outside of these limits NET4GAS is allowed to buy/sell gas on within-day or day-ahead basis balancing actions to ensure grid is balanced Therefore NET4GAS has to forecast utilization of the system and also the Linepack (accumulation) Prediction and balancing software is based on Lancelot platform implemented in 2015 by Unicorn Systems
