The result is our new biscuit high speed packaging line, designed for highest flexibility. It is the first packaging system capable of slug to pile pack changeovers, and vice versa, on one seamless system. In addition, the biscuit line allows for count changes in less than one minute. This allows biscuit manufacturers to quickly run special promotion while maintaining maximum uptime. 9 High-Speed Flow Wrapping Our innovative sealing technology ensures best sealing quality at highest speeds. The system is equipped with new cross-sealing technology that achieves an improved sealing quality with heat-sealing films, even at high throughput. In addition, our new biscuit system is designed for simplified cleaning with high visibility and easy accessibility. Thanks to our innovative handling technology, the biscuit line ensures gentle product handling for reduced breakage, product waste and cleaning. We also offer 3-D product quality check, with the equipment to secure biscuits quality. This prevents crumbs from accumulating throughout the system, which allows a continuous product flow and maximised production uptime.

10 Flexible Case Packing The newly developed top load case packer stands out with its packaging flexibility. It can pack a wide range of products using different case styles such as RSC, HSC or retail ready cartons. A single operator can safely run the case packer, not only during the regular production process, but also when changing formats. The easy and tool-less changeovers guarantee 100% reproducibility, resulting in vertical restarts with no waste. Products can be fed either lying flat or standing on edge. The small footprint and the various in- and outfeed options increase the flexibility of the line layout. Operator friendliness is ensured by the ergonomic and safe design of the machine.
