It also protects the measurement cells from moisture which is the main cause of sensor failure. CO sensor protection To protect the CO cell from unexpected excessive levels of CO ( threshold user selectable), the analyser automatically switches to the higher range CO sensor ( if a 2nd sensor is installed). The Low CO is automatically purged with a dedicated pump which supplies ambient air to protect the sensor. Sensors conditioning technology deliver best accuracy Both the electrochemical and NDIR are continuously temperature monitored and compensated. A sophisticated software matrix compensate for sensors cross-interference to deliver best accuracy. Simplified operation with the Intuitive Task NDIR sensor for HC and CO2% New developed dual NDIR bench for direct CO2% measurement ( instead of calculated) and HC in ppm value. NDIR technology for HC offers a much wider scope of application compared to the traditional Pellistor type sensor as it does not require minimum O2 level to function. Semi Continuos monitoring The wake and sleep mode takes gas measurements at user defined intervals. During the sleep mode the analyser is purged with ambient air. Measurement data are automatically saved in the internal memory of the RCU and ready to be exported to the SD card in CSV format. All our probes are supplied with a special Viton line to eliminate sample absorption and to increase the analyser response time. A choice of standard or industrial probes is outlined below. Engine Probe The engine probe is specifically designed for sampling on gas or diesel CHP engines: It features Special Viton hose for maximum NO2 accuracy Temperature measurement Back Pressure measurements Special positioning cone spring loaded Standard Gas Sampling Probe The standard sampling probe is available in different lengths and different materials. All our probes are supplied with a special Viton line to eliminate sample absorption and to increase the analyser response time. A choice or standard or industrial probes is outlined below. The RASI700 engine Kit is the ideal tool for service and commissioning engineers working on CHP stationary engines. The Kits comes with all the accessories to operate, and it is installed with: O2, CO, NO and NO2 cells Engine sampling probe Read in ppm and mg/m3 with O2 reference IRDA printer Blue Tooth Carrying Case Adds on: CO2%, CH4% ad H2S measurement for gas sample. Most of industrial application will require NO2 cell installed to provide correct NOx reading CO2 % calculated values which are fuel dependant can be very erratic. Your application might require an NDIR infrared sensor ( ie stack emissions, CHP engines, Cement plants) Online View Software Supplied as standard with the analyser, this power full software allow you to view data in real time on a laptop or PC.
