11 Priority purchase from the public procurement services When making purchases through the public procurement service, high-eff iciency certified products, Products with high standby reduction potential s, 1st grade energy efficiency appliances. Designation of best procured products When making purchases through the public procurement service, high-effi ciency certified products are designated as best procured products. Energy saving design standards in building code For specific types of buildings, which need to submit energy efficiency plan s, it is either mandatory or recommended that they use high-efficient applia nces when newly constructed. Apartments, townhouses and educational facilities with floor space of 500 m2 or more

13 The Propose of Program LED lights can save up to 90% of the energy consumed by incandescent lighting. LED lights are also drawing attention as new sources of lights for their environment al friendliness and stability. LED lights 20/60 dissemination project The project aims to increase the share of LED lights to 60% in private sector and 100% in public sector.
