2 About Us Modern Suez Gypsum Company S.A.E, (MSGC) an Egyptian Joint Stock company, owns and operates Gypsum mines & a new Greenfield Gypsum factory that is located at Sokhna heavy industries region, at Suez governorate, with capital of EGP 100,000,000. The factory established in October, 2009 for manufacturing high quality gypsum with the objective to serve both local and international markets. MSGC had grown from challenge to challenge to become now one of the most important Gypsum manufacturers & suppliers in the Egyptian market, as well as exporting to neighbors markets, with huge desire to expand more in the international markets with our fully integrated operations. Our solid foundation starts from the bottom to top by adding values throughout all the business chain starting from the very basic mining of Gypsum at the very bottom of our operations all the way up through manufacturing of Gypsum powder (Plaster of Paris) and providing all logistical aspects globally. Therefore, offering an ideal operations platform and an effective toolbox for delivering complete solutions for our clients.

5 Factory The factory lies on an area of 50,000 square meters ( 250 x 200 ) in El Ain Sokhna old road and a warehouse is built on an area of 1,200 square meters. This location is distinguished by its considerably closeness to the red sea ports ( Sokhna port & Adabia port ), as well as its closeness to the main roads that can easily serve most of the governorates in Egypt.

6 Location The factory is located on kilo 106, Qatamya road, El Ain Sokhna old road. The distance from the factory to Sokhna port is 20 Km, while to Adabia port is 35 Km, which allows the company to easily transport its products to the read sea ports. 7 Product The production of the factory is distinguished by its bright whiteness as a result of using a sophisticated technology in the roasting oven which is the heat exchange technology, that helps in preventing the air from mixing with the gypsum ore in the roasting process to keep it as bright white as it should be. Our bright white Gypsum powder are mainly used for construction and high quality decoration. The plant nominal capacity is 6,930,000 bag / Year. Our main international markets are: Tanzania Kenya Ghana Nigeria Libya Yemen Equatorial Guinea
