2 K&G Industrial Services, LLC is a refractory installation and industrial maintenance company operating in over 60 Cement & Lime, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, and Utility plants and mills in over 20 states throughout the US each year. 3 I N D U S T R I A L Refractory Services K&G specializes in refractory installation utilizing all types of refractory materials. Although safety is always its first priority, K&G s refractory brick installation and other services are fine tuned for maximum quality and efficiency in order to get its customers back up and running as quickly as possible. K&G has handled emergency/unscheduled projects as well as large scale shutdowns for many large US-based cement operators, lime producers, and pulp and paper manufacturers ranging in costs from $5,000 to $5.0 million. The company combines the brick installation talents of our employees with our monolithic installation capabilities, whether it is form and pour, shotcrete or gunite. 2

K&G is headquartered on a 20 acre facility in Loxley, Alabama, but operates out of four geographically strategic locations (Alabama, Florida, Texas, and Maine) in order to better serve customers. 3

5 Refra-Chem K&G announced its acquisition of renowned pulp & paper refractory company Refra-Chem Linings, Inc. on January 3rd, All field and operational employees of Refra-Chem joined the K&G Industrial team. Through its Refra-Chem Division, K&G now offers tile tank, bleach plant, acid brick, lime kiln and boiler refractory projects in pulp and paper mills throughout the Southeast United States. K&G s Refra-Chem division has also installed new bleach towers, reactors, acid brick floors, chain system components, gunite and incinerator linings along with new tile chests. I N D U S T R I A L 4

6 Additional Services Blastcrete & Gunite Application K&G uses a variety of Blastcrete equipment, including diesel powered and electric powered mixers and pumps for all pumping & shotcrete as well as Blastcrete rotary gunite machines for gunite applications. Light Mechanical & Steel Work K&G s mechanical experience includes Tipping Valve replacement and rebuilding, Cyclone Thimble replacement and installation, Burner Installation and Piping, Air Cannon Installations and Bucket Elevator and Conveyors. K&G also handles chain installations in Long Wet Cement Kilns and Lime Sludge Kilns in Percision Demolition the Pulp and Paper Industry.
