1 WFM Solutions We provide WFM tailored solutions, it means we adapt our solution to Customer Request and Information Systems Our company Located in Zaventem near Brussel and in Houdeng-Goegnies in Hainaut, our 2 departments Network Solutions and Development Solutions provide our customers consulting and support services. Our Group Wan IT is linked to WAN Services Group. Various services through more than 200 employees are proposed to customers by WAN Services subsidiaries, mainly Index Belge and IBTechnics in Telecom Sector: Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning operations. 2 Sample of Our Solutions A management system for Index Belge logistics department. The system developed in PHP / MySQL is hosted on our server WAMP. This has the advantage of making it available from any post connected to the Internet and allows a constant evolution, since no redeployment is necessary. It manages a very large number of articles in our warehouse over 3500m², for different customers. Each input-output is followed through the bar code of the article and automatically generates all billings associated with the storage and handling. The customers can visualize, via the WEB Interface, in real-time, the stock situation and the evolution of the work orders. The main Customer is HP Belgium. The system of interventions requests for Ericsson Belgium. This application is also developed on a client / server architecture identical to our application logistics. It manages all the «tickets» for interventions arrived via different way (phone, mail, fax, files ) and populate automatically a Workflow system; the customer had the visibility, in real-time, on the evolution of the Tickets. The system of interventions requests for Mobistar. Like the Application for Ericsson, this application manages all the request for interventions (Site Survey, Installation or Repair) arrived via structured s; the request are integrated automatically in a specific «Workflow» system; the customer had the visibility, in real-time, on the evolution of each Work Order. The system of quality Control in Building and Maintenance for Ericsson Belgium. Like the previous Application for Ericsson, this application manages all the quality control process (in maintenance and Construction department) via structured punch list; the punch but also Bill of Quantities are integrated into a control process order; the customer, supplier and Ericsson had the visibility, in real-time, on the evolution of each validation Milestones. 2 WFM Solutions v3.4

3 A Work Force Management WFM tools for Miko Technical Department. The system developed in PHP / MySQL is hosted on external server. Based on web services with SAP, this tool manage all the Repair/Installation/Maintenance Work order Management Functions for Belgium and in Europe: Work Order Mapping Dispatching, Work order Internet Access for Technicians, Geo Tracking of Technicians PC, Parts Management Tools, Maintenance Plan Modelling (Manning and Part Resources) A M2M solution for Miko. The system developed in PHP / MySQL is hosted on external server. We will start to connect more than 3000 Machines in Belgium to modems linked to a central database thanks to our M2M concept. All the consumptions and errors report will be gathered in our WFM tools (see previous project). Moreover, a remote control process will allow updating configuration software on Machines. 3 WFM Solutions v3.4

4 Our WFM Concept Our Web Applications provide a full Work Force Management Tools functions Work Order (WO) Management o Creation WO o Import/update from your Information System (SAP, Oracle, ) trough main protocols smtp, http, sql, web services, o WO Management Technician can write his WO on his PC and NOT on paper o Map Dispatching (all WO s are mapped through a color, size, label policy) Increase the Geographical Dispatching Analysis Overlap Technicians Localisation of the technicians in functional follow up o The technicians accept, start and close his WO Localisation of the technicians in real time (option) Optimization WO Itinerary by Technician Localisation of Machine (ask M2M folder) (Figure 1: Work order Maps) 4 WFM Solutions v3.4

5 Work Order (WO) extended function : Stock Management o The technician enter in the WO the parts used (Figure 2: Used Part List ) o The technician can order automatically in the WO the parts used to the Warehouseman. The Warehouseman can prepare in real time all ordered parts. (A link to the Parts Application can be done if necessary). An item acceptance process allow both parties (technicians and Warehouseman) to validate parts ordering, preparation and pickup Work Order (WO) extended function : Invoicing Process o The After Sales Administration can close the WO in the application and send or not (based on the parts and Timing Orders Invoicing rules) the WO details to Legacy Invoicing System (Web Services, XML, Mail, Http request, FTP protocols, ) Work Order (WO) extended function : Quality Process o The technician can have access to the full history of WO of the machine (WO and used Parts) by direct link or a search function o The technician can fill in a quality questionnaire (linked to the machine category) in order to increase Work Order Quality o A KPI report can be created according to the customer rules Work Order (WO) extended function : Preventive Maintenance PM Planning A lot of companies manage machines which should follow a preventive Maintenance Plan.
