Roboze One is equipped with a revolutionary beltless linear motion system that delivers superior accuracy over the traditional axis-motion system that is based on the indirect movement of driving belts. 9 Technical Materials New Firmware and Machine management Roboze R&D engineers powered-up the 3D printer with two extruders capable of exceeding temperatures up to 500 C allowing it to print in industrial-grade, highly advanced materials such as PEEK, ULTEM AM9085F. Roboze One can handle nine different advanced thermoplastic materials. With a wide range of thermoplastic materials to work with such as PEEK, ULTEM AM9085F, CARBON PA, ABS-ESD you can conceive, test and produce small series for your specific applications. Roboze Beltless System Perpetually Accurate! Functional Prototyping Printing Build 110 C Motion transmission for the X and Y-axes is realized by contact with helical stainless steel racks and pinions. Roboze develops and manufactures the mechanical components of its machines in its manufacturing facility. Its production department boasts a fleet of state-of- the-art CNC steel cutting machines. High definition FFF prototyping is the sum total of several factors - inserting the C7 spindle ball screw was one of the most essential factors in order to deliver precise layer resolution. Roboze solution tolerances are weighted and pre-calculated. The mechatronic motion ensures construction at 25 microns on the X and Y-axes. Its excellent printin properties and ESD features offer stable and consistent surface resistance, enhancing tensile strength. Polymer based on ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) combines exceptional mechanical properties with excellent surface quality. Highly resistant to mechanical stresses, is not easily attacked by organic compounds due to its chemical resistance. Its tenacity, low-cost and age resistance makes this material perfect for the metalworking industry. ULTEM AM9085F A high-performance self-extinguishing, polyetherimide-based polymer with high performing mechanical and thermal properties at high temperatures. Widely used in prototyping and production where extremely high performance is required such as Aerospace, Automotive / Motorsport sectors. Flex PC Policarbonato Flexible compound made up of thermoplastic polyurethane. A material highly resistant to abrasion, wear and tear. PC filament with excellent impact strength and high heat resistance. Widely used in manymanufacturing sectors. Peek A super technopolymer unique in its kind with excellent thermal stability properties and chemical tolerance. Stable at high temperatures and in strongly acidic or basic environments. PEEK is usedextensively for aerospace, defense, motorsport and oil and gas applications.
