Register as an Individual From the homepage, click REGISTER On the next page, click Register as an Individual

2 Enter your Display Name, and contact information. None of your contact information will be shared, we just use it to complete your account set-up (plus, we re going to mail you a sweet t-shirt and hashtag sign!). Enter some information and an image to show on your personal fundraising page. Take a moment to think about this, as you can t edit it once registered. This is what your fundraising page will look like:

Enter your credit card information exactly as it appears on your statement to pay your registration fee. What s this registration fee all about??? Once you re registered we ll mail you a Jesse s Journey t-shirt and a hashtag sign. Your registration fee covers that cost. 4 Start a Team/Register as a Team Captain From the homepage, click REGISTER On the next page, click START A TEAM Enter your desired team name this is how donors and teammates will find you. Enter your contact information to create your account (none of this information is shared publicly). Your address will be shown on your fundraising page as the contact for the team captain.

Let prospective teammates and donors know a little about why you re fundraising and what the fight to defeat Duchenne means to you! 7 Join a Team From the homepage, click REGISTER On the next page, click JOIN A TEAM Find the team you wish to join from the dropdown. Enter your contact information to create your account (none of this information is shared publicly). This just allows you to log in and track your strides. You ll be sharing the team page with your friends and family, and once you log steps your Display Name will appear on the team page as a participant!

9 I ve registered.now what? Now s the time to encourage people to donate to your campaign, join your team, or follow along with your stride progress! Share your fundraising page using the icons under your profile image On the Fundraising Tools page, we ve created some ready-to-go posts for facebook, twitter, and Instagram, and have some sample templates for download if you just don t know where to start!. Most importantly, don t forget to track your strides! Tap the TRACK YOUR STEPS button at the bottom (or in the sidebar) of any page to be brought to your tracking dashboard. Enter the number of strides and date completed, and hit ADD YOUR STRIDES

10 How can people donate to my fundraiser? Most of the time, you re sending supporters directly to your fundraising page (by using the sharing icons we talked about on the last page), but if people just land on they can donate one of two ways: Click or tap DONATE. This is to make a general donation to Jesse s Journey, not associated with anyone s personal or team fundraiser. OR Click or tap FIND A PARTICIPANT. This will take them to a list of all individual and team participants Find the team or individual s name in the list, click on it to be directed to their personal fundraising page. Use the DONATE button on that fundraising page to complete a donation. Enter the amount to donate and click DONATE NOW. Fields will appear to fill out the credit card information. We ll send you an when someone makes a donation on your page so you can be sure to thank them!

11 How do we participate in these photo challenges? Remember that snazzy t-shirt and hashtag sign we sent you when you registered? Time to bust it out and get walking, running, or rolling! Look how happy these people are wearing their authentic Jesse s Journey t-shirts! Each month, we ll post a new challenge. It may be for a pic of you with a firefighter, or you in a provincial park, or you on the golf course.you get the idea. Snap a selfie wearing your Jesse s Journey tee and post it on Instagram, facebook, or twitter. Tag Jesse s Journey and hashtag it # Jesses_Journey There will be prizes for the most-liked photos!
