18 Using Order Management Fill Backorder Lists orders with back order lines Back orders must be filled before the order can be processed further After filling backorder, order moves to pick tab Pick All new orders without backorders start here Print picking tickets for selected orders. After picking, orders move to Pick Verify

19 Using Order Management Pick Verify Select the orders whose picking tickets have been verified After verify, orders move to Pack Pack Print packing slips for selected orders. Packing slips can only be printed for fully paid orders or orders with final payment After pack, orders move to release

20 Using Order Management Release Select te orders that you are now ready to release to sales. Release prints (or s) the invoice Released orders move to Completed Completed Orders remain here until tickets are posted All Orders Shows each order and the tab(s) where it is located

22 Drop Ship Orders Create in POS Use Drop Ship lines Must have ship address filled in Must be fully paid Auto creates Purchase Request User can change vendor and cost User must post Purchase Request Receive Drop Ship Purchase Order Costs and Serial numbers are updated. Auto releases items on order in POS Posts with drawer at the end of the day

Serial number is entered during receiving process Offline can create drop ship lines. Purchase request is created when data is synced. Cannot edit drop-ship orders in offline Cannot pick Drop ship in Order Management Cannot manually release Drop Ship Drop ship items can be returned. If returning direct to the vendor use a scrap type return code.
