All stand sizes are available to you on the basis of a unit size of 2 x 2 m. 2 Examples of system stand modules Depending on stand size and type, diverse support elements may be needed for structural purposes, i.e. to bear the ceiling frames and contribute to overall stability. These may be individual support walls, metre or half-open walls, or corner combinations made of these elements. The shelf rails are not shown in the illustrations. Excerpt from the Terms and Conditions for additional services for system stands (Part III of the Terms & Conditions): Completion of stand The handover will take place at the latest during the final set-up day (9 October 2018). Any defects or other observations must be communicated to Frankfurter Buchmesse GmbH, Exhibitor Service, Hall 4.C, without delay. Stand elements will be dismantled on the final day of the fair, following the official close of the event. Order deadlines Any orders for Elements & Extras after 31 August 2018 are possible in consultation with the organisers. However, the success of the order can only be confirmed once the availability of equipment has been assessed. Conditions of cancellation An order for products from Elements & Extras may be cancelled before 10 September 2018 for a processing fee of 65 euros. From 11 September 2018 on the cancellation fee is the full price of the ordered goods/services. Internet connections The exhibitor must order internet connections directly from the official service provider for the fair. It is recommended that a cable connection is used for the best guarantee of undisrupted access to the internet. Internet cables should be ordered from the service provider in such a way that they emerge from the floor, close to the displays and workspaces.
