1 Unlike other solutions where only an Inventory is made, Easy Inventory's proposal is to offer a complete, easy, automatic, fast and low cost TI asset management service accessible to all sizes of business, without the need for specialists and without investments in infrastructure!!! How it Works? Through a resident Agent, Easy Inventory automatically collects equipment hardware and software data, which is sent to a Cloud server and immediately available on a customized site for querying and managing your assets. Allows you to check details of installed hardware and software licenses, perform performance analysis, create administrative fields to complement the data collected and register all desired peripherals and issue automatic alerts. Geolocation All devices (Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets and ) will have their physical location registered, making this data accessible in specific reports and graphs or for exporting in Excel. Traceability and electronic fence All equipment (Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets and ) will be tracked daily and permanently, our records will show the geolocation of the last 6 months. One or more Electronic Fences may be defined to control the perimeter of equipment use and to set automatic alarms when this area is exceeded. In the case of Mobiles (Tablets and ) this tracking can be done constantly, allowing the control of the movement of these equipment and who uses them. Through Google Maps will be shown graphically the entire route and the kilometers traveled. 2 Performance analysis For Servers, Notebooks and Desktops: Our Agent will permanently capture the CPU and Memory utilization of all equipment, showing those that are performing critically or overloaded. With this information your management will be much more effective, identifying slow equipment. To complete it will be shown the root cause of the possible slowness of the equipment, that is to say, all the processes (softwares) that are causing this excess of consumption of CPU and memory will be identified.
