3 Headline Speakers / Stages In addition to the Travel Theater, there was the Destination Theater where travelers heard 17 locale-specific workshops from Greece to Tahiti, Alaska to the Czech Republic. The program was very rich with content. The Savvy Traveler Theater featured 11 sessions covering travel technology, tips on better vacation photos and getting the most out of family travel. Our visitors tell us that they believe food is such a big part of their travel experience. To that end, we revamped the Taste of Travel Theater, and featured a mixture of local renowned chefs as well as guest chefs from around the globe for 10 different cooking demonstrations. Our Global Beats Theater featured 33 performing acts and continues to be an exciting feature of the Travel & Adventure Show. Promotion Summary An integrated marketing mix was utilized to ensure travel enthusiasts all over the Los Angeles area heard about the Travel & Adventure Show. All told, the campaign generated over 81 million impressions. Broadcast Television The official broadcast sponsor of the event was KNBC, generating over 17 million impressions. Ads were carried on KTLA for another 7,161,000 impressions. Radio A mix of stations from all-news KNX, to adult music stations including KRTH, KROQ for over 7.8 million impressions. Newspaper The LA Travel & Adventure Show partnered with the Los Angeles News Group running ads in all of their papers generating 2,393,449 impressions. We utilized the Los Angeles Times for print advertising, generating 3,869,624 impressions. NEXT WEEKEND! Digital Campaign The Travel & Adventure Show invested in new technology that enables better analytics and therefore a more customized and digital advertising campaign ensuring content was tailored to the specific interests of the recipient creating a more responsive program with greater efficacy. Unparalleled Media Coverage In the weeks leading up the event and in the days before, our PR efforts were effective in generating awareness and coverage of the event. FOX News and KTLA covered the event with live remotes on Friday and other networks covered the show on Saturday. There were articles in the major papers and local radio covered the event as well.

5 Promotion Summary Continued FACEBOOK: Within one week leading up to the LA Travel & Adventure Show, The Travel & Adventure Show Facebook advertising campaign targeted LA area travelers, promoting event speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. These posts reached over 250,000 unique users, created 273,868 impressions and engaged 7200 users. TWITTER: By engaging celebrity speakers, local and national bloggers and industry created over 45.5k impressions, reached 2,283,024 users and #LATravelShow was delivered on over 7,330,000 timelines. INSTAGRAM: The Travel & Adventure Show Instagram posted 7 times resulting in 162 likes. #LATravelShow reached 207,903 LA Instagram users, created 360,415 impressions and we gathered 1787 likes, 256 comments and #LATravelShow was used in over 200 individual posts. The world in one place I found the wealth of information very valuable. The speakers were full of knowledge and just an amazing experience all around.
