For a consistent appearance, this mark must be laid to the same side for the entire installation. TimberTech planks must be installed embossed side up. The unembossed surface is not to be used as a walking surface. Double joist all butt joins. Follow installation instructions for correct gapping. Use a spacer for easy, consistent gaps when direct fastening. Deckmate spacing tool is recommended to give perfect gapping. Supplied complimentary on request with orders. Ensure all joists are spaced at a maximum of 450mm centres.
