Function, ergonomics and the most stringent quality standards are combined in its futuristic design. Virtually any application can be realised due to its modularity. The cells are equipped with industrial robots; workpieces weighing a few gram to 120 kilograms can be moved. Even special solutions with load capacities of up to 1,250 kg are possible. The workpiece handling is carried out by a vertical Z-axis which is available as a H-loader and telescopic arm. This ensures low space requirements and good accessibility to the machine tool as a result. True to the unit construction principle, the robot cell has a modular design and can be expanded with different product components. A wide selection of opportunities for additional processing stations and a variable number of pallet storage locations can be realised. In addition to the automation of up to three machine tools, entire production lines with multiple machines can be loaded and unloaded using the palletz rail (base or top mount).
