Established in 2002, Accent Jaya Indonesia is today, one of the fastest growing Offshore Crew Management Company providing oil and gas crew to Drilling Rigs, Offshore Process Marine, Platforms, Engineering & Maintenance Services globally. AJI has built itself a reputation of providing and managing experienced and committed crew to all offshore installations due to constant upgrading of our hiring system and processing and training of our employees and our focus on maintaining international quality standards.

We offer a Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) contract which relieves you of all operating details and issues concerning the crew in every aspect. Total Safety and Quality Management System comprises of: Sourcing of experienced and safety oriented crew and selection Comprehensive Pre Employment Medicals and stringent medical checkup on regular basis Completion and obtaining Visas (with client's assistance) Crew facilitation Air Travel & Immigration Work gear Insurance cover during the entire term of the contract Payment and management of crew wages Hospitalization and complete medical care (incl of repatriation) incase of any accident Arranging & assistance for various safety & rig related courses based on client requirements Local travel, hotel, food during crew change in country of employment Our full time dedicated Crew Coordinator based in the area of operation will be responsible for these functions and will report to the client on a regular basis. We maintain a computerized Data Bank of well over 3800 oilfield personnel & 5000 Marine Personnel, who have been screened and short-listed, so that they can be available at short notice. This clearly gives us a competitive edge over the competition. AJI specializes in the hiring and crew management of personnel required for installations such as, Jack Up, Semi Submersible, Drillships, Offshore Process Platforms & Offshore Marine. All this for FIXED DAY RATE PER PERSON on board the installation. Contract rates may be set depending on the client s requirements, and crews may be daily rated or monthly rated. Maximum flexibility is afforded to the client, and may range from a basic cost-plus to a full fixed rate structure, where rates are inclusive of all previously agreed costs such as compensation, training, travel, medical, insurance, PPE, etc. Includes implementation of Competency Assurance Program (CAP).
