2 Business Partner Information When you register for the 2018 PBS Annual Meeting, you have the opportunity to make new contacts and attend all events, educational sessions, and conference hosted meals. The registration rate is per individual and is non-transferable during the conference. Registration Fee $825 ($925 after April 6, 2018) includes: One full-conference registration Access to all events, meals, and sessions Name and organization listed in Conference Participant List We encourage you to register early in order to secure a discounted guest room rate at our conference hotel. The conference hotel will sell out, so we recommend booking prior to April so you do not have to stay at an alternate hotel. In addition, we highly recommend that you register early to guarantee a full conference registration. In the past few years, due to overwhelming response, registration has been limited to session only (which does not include access to our sponsored meal events) as we approach the early bird registration deadline. Sponsorship Opportunities Your sponsorship of the PBS Annual Meeting is a way to communicate your message to attendees and increase your company s visibility throughout the conference. We acknowledge our sponsors often, as your valuable investment makes the conference possible for attendees. Recognition will include branding on the conference website, presence in the General Session Ballroom, and more. To reserve a sponsorship, please contact Naseem Hussain at nhussain@pbs.org or at Once we agree upon the appropriate options, you will receive a Sponsorship Agreement to be completed and signed. After returning the Sponsorship Agreement, you will receive the Sponsor Registration link to be completed (you will be asked to pay via credit card.) If you need to pay via check, please speak with Naseem Hussain about the necessary steps. Please note that unless otherwise indicated, sponsorships do not include registration for the PBS Annual Meeting. Separate registration at the $825 Business Partner rate for the conference is required. Following registration, you will receive a confirmation with the hotel reservation link, where you can take advantage of our discounted room block.

Enjoy various levels of branding and recognition of this event throughout the conference. Mobile App Premium Sponsor Fee: $10,000 Achieve maximum exposure on our mobile show guide. Your logo will appear as an icon on the main navigation page of the mobile app and will be viewed by all visitors. Customize the information available to viewers behind that icon: your website, a list of products, special offers, exhibit tabletop information, etc. Enjoy premium placement at the top of our sponsor and exhibitor list and a free Mobile App Banner Ad (see below). We will also mention your company as a sponsor everywhere we advertise our mobile app. Our mobile guide includes all meeting and event schedules and information. Attendees will see your branding every time they reference the guide for directions or conference details. Artwork specifications are provided upon receipt of the sponsorship contract. Charging Lockers (2 available): NEW Fee: $5,000 each/$8,000 for both Users will gain access to tablet and phone charging lockers by creating their own digital locker combination right from the touchscreen. The LockerPower comes equipped with a 3M privacy screen for extra security. Your promotional media or branding will be preloaded on the charging kiosk s 19 inch display screen.

Private Meeting Rooms: NEW (waitlist) Fee: $4,000 Conduct private meetings with current and potential partners in our private conference rooms, located within our Annual Meeting space on the Eighth Floor of the Sheraton New Orleans. Rooms range in capacity from 14 to 30 people. The private meeting room will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday of the Annual Meeting. Services including electrical, food and beverage, internet, and telephone must be ordered through the hotel. Daily rental fees are also available at $2,000 per day. Mobile App Banner Ads (5 available) Fee: $2,000 Mobile banner ads are effective, interactive, and eco-friendly. Increase your exposure, spread your message, and increase foot traffic to your exhibit tabletop. The interactive sponsor banner is located at the bottom of the app s main menu screen. As users browse the app, these rotating ads get lots of screen time. Clicking on a banner ad directs users to a sponsor page with a customizable image, name and description, and a More Info link to additional information a PDF or webpage. Promotional Materials in Tote Bags Fee: $2,000 With your message or gift in the bag, attendees are certain not to miss it. This year s bag will hold all of your meeting essentials, including your special item. This item represents one paper insert or one promotional item. No assembly or collation services will be provided. Please budget for approximately 1,200 pieces. PBS must review and approve item. Reminder: All items must arrive to our external fulfillment company by early-april to be included in the conference bag. Shipping address and deadlines will be sent in March. Room Drops Fee: $1,500 Make the most of this opportunity by sending your item directly to attendees inside their hotel rooms at the host hotel, Sheraton New Orleans. You can provide a goodie or informational material/take-away to be delivered to the guest room of every meeting attendee. In addition to the sponsorship fee, sponsor will pay hotel s per room fee (ranging from $2-$5) for delivery. Please plan for approximately 800 attendees.

6 Exhibit Opportunities (waitlist) To maximize the amount of attendee/exhibitor interaction, the Exhibit space will be prominently featured in the foyer, in close proximity to Registration and the General Session ballroom. We have built networking time into the agenda on both May 8 and 9, allowing attendees time to explore the Exhibit area and engage one-on-one with you. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to explore exhibit tabletops and stop by for conversation and product discussions or demos during the daily networking breaks on May 8 and 9. The Exhibit area opens for set-up on Monday, May 7 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Exhibitors MUST have the installation of their display completed by 5:00pm on Monday, May 7, as Registration is near the Exhibit area and will open shortly after. The Exhibit area dismantle and move out will occur on Wednesday, May 9 from 6:00pm-8:00pm (timing subject to change). Exhibit Space Floor Plans and exhibit tabletop space will be available in early March. Exhibit tabletops are $3,500 each and will be located outside of the General Session ballroom entrance.
