1 It s time to start thinking about the KOA Convention & Expo! There has never been a better time to be part of KOA. KOA has come off of the best camping year in its history and year-to-date business and future reservations are already exceeding Campgrounds are investing more in improving their properties at a greater pace than ever before. The KOA system continues to grow, and existing franchise retention is one of the highest in all franchising with 98% renewing their 5 year contract. Our owners and managers are investing in their business, which results in great guest satisfaction, which creates a higher demand for products and services. This is not something you want to miss out on. One of the best ways to get owners and managers business is by participating in our 2015 Convention & Expo! This year s event takes place in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida on November There are several ways to increase your brand awareness through tried and true sponsorships. The Convention Program, Hotel Key Card, Pocket Schedule, Kids Kamp, Convention Pens and attendee bag are just a few opportunities for you to build your business and brand recognition. New Sponsorships This Year Include: KOA Welcome Reception at the Daytona International Speedway This isn t your typical convention welcome reception. Attendees will get a behind the scenes look at the most prestigious track in NASCAR. Have your company logo included on KOA Pit Crew Jumpsuits, commemorative photo frame and on the monitors in the Velocitorium at the Daytona International Speedway. General Session Sponsor Increase your brand recognition to a captive audience by showcasing a :30 second commercial played before a general session. This year s Welcome Reception will take place Monday evening, November 16, at the Daytona International Speedway. Your logo will be displayed on: The KOA Pit Crew Jumpsuits The commemorative photo frame On the monitors in the Velocitorium at the Speedway All event itineraries & promotional messaging for the reception A banner-up with your logo displayed at the entrance of the reception room A full-page, full-color ad in the program KOA Attendee Bag - $7,500 This is a fan favorite! Each KOA attendee receives a customized tote bag which will include your 2-color imprint logo. These, eco-friendly, reusable and recyclable bags are toted around all week by our attendees and brought home to use for their future shopping needs. Hydration Station Sponsorship - $7,500 Sponsoring the Event Water Bottles is a great way to be a part of the water-cooler gang and a part of KOA s green initiatives. Each attendee will be given a reusable water bottle branded with your logo, allowing you to make a strong impression at Convention, while also providing our attendees with a take-home to remind them of their great time in Daytona! 4 Hotel Key Card - $5,000 This high impression sponsorship is not only a unique way for you to market your brand, but it is also a necessity to our KOA attendees! Your logo will appear on a customized hotel key card given out to each attendee as they check into the host hotel. With an average of two key cards per room, your brand will have maximum exposure! Convention Program - $5,000 The official KOA Convention Program is distributed to every attendee. This handy program is not only used throughout Convention, but is taken home with attendees. It serves as a reference point and contact book, reminding them of the many things they learned at convention as well as exhibitor contact information. Sponsorship of the Program includes a full-page color advertisement on the back cover for maximum exposure plus a color logo recognition on the cover. Convention Name Badge Lanyard - $5,000 Sponsoring this eco-friendly, recyclable product gives you exclusive exposure and aligns your brand with KOA s environmental initiatives. Lanyards are given out to each KOA Convention attendee and are required for admission to all KOA functions. Convention Signage - $5,000 Put your logo on the signage our attendees are looking for! Help lead our attendees to the right destinations by sponsoring our 2015 Convention Signage. Signage will be located throughout the Convention Center and host hotels. This sponsorship consists of directional signage, workshop signage and welcome signage. KOA Kamp Store - $3,500 The KOA Kamp Store will be located by the Convention Registration Desk and be open during the Convention for KOA attendee shoppers. All Kamp Store signage and promotional materials will contain your logo. Your logo will also be on the 2015 Convention t-shirts. These are sold at the store during Convention to raise money for KOA Care Camps!

By sponsoring the charging station, your logo will be displayed in two prominent locations during the 2015 KOA Convention and Expo. Two opportunities available. Pocket Schedule & Map - $2,500 This handy pocket schedule and Expo map is the first thing our attendees reach for when deciding where to go and what to see! Your logo will be prominently located in two separate locations, giving you maximum exposure to advertise your brand. Two opportunities available. Kids Kamp - $2,500 Looking for a fun way to showcase your brand? KOA Kids Kamp may just be your answer! Each child attending Kids Kamp will get two yellow shirts with your logo. Your logo will be displayed on all Kids Kamp signage, promotional materials, and you will receive a half-page ad in the program. Two opportunities available. Convention Pens - $2,500 Put your logo directly in the hands of every attendee! Branded pens will be given to each attendee at registration as well as given out throughout 2016 KOA-University classes, providing a longer life to this sponsorship!

6 Workshop Window Cling Sponsor - $2,000 The Ocean Center venue in Daytona has large beautiful windows when they enter/exit the workshop area. What fun would it be to put your logo in a window cling and have it displayed throughout the convention? They can t help but see you. You provide the artwork, we ll print the cling. Five opportunities available. Convention Mobile App - $1,500 We ve gone digital! The Convention Mobile App is the new go-to for attendees. They use the app to plan their trip, schedule workshops and find local and KOA resources. This app has quickly became a Convention must-have and continues to be utilized throughout Convention as well as a resource for attendees after the event is over. Your customized Banner Advertisement will take attendee straight to your website. Four opportunities available Vinyl Floor Clings - $750 You will receive three floor clings which will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall Foyer inviting the KOA attendees into your booth. You provide the artwork, we ll print the clings. This is a very cost effective way to get your business noticed. Goodie Bag Sponsor - $500 This sponsorship allows you to put your promotional item into a KOA Goodie Bag giving you maximum exposure for a small investment. This bag will be distributed to all attendees at the convention. This can be lip balm, key chains, sunscreen, etc (No pens please) You provide the item, we ll stuff the bags.
