8 In-Kind Donations Ideas for these include but are not limited to the following options: Premier Media All media sponsorships are considered In-Kind Minimum of $25k In-Kind value Pre-Race Day Printing, production, copying Billboards Advertising Prizes Medals for race participants Race Day Sound systems Signage Barricades Cups Food Water Flowers Team awards All In-Kind Donations must be approved by the Race Director. A financial breakdown of goods or services must be provided, including the fair market value of those items agreed upon by the sponsor and Race Director.Media sponsors should include all projected broadcast dates. All banners must be provided by the sponsor.
