Communities are finding P3's as a way to manage risk, drive efficiency, and apply capital to maintain and repair existing water infrastructure, and deliver critical improvements to their water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. This year we have invited industry leaders, P3 experts, and utility managers to discuss how P3's can address some of our most significant water challenges. Presenters will cover how partnerships can provide capital solutions, transfer risk, improve system performance, raise service quality, meet resiliency and sustainability goals, create options for rural communities and smaller project owners, and address deferred O&M challenges. We explore evolving trends in procurement, finance, credit impacts, risks, and life-cycle efficiencies, and how P3s can impact water systems of all sizes. Using several current P3 case studies as a living laboratory, you will hear first-hand observations by stakeholders who have successfully accelerated projects under the P3 model.
