AXPONA produces the banner with sponsor logo. Sponsor has the ability to place promotional items (i.e. empty branded water bottles) on chairs for one session each day. Promotional item provided by sponsor. Logo on Seminar Session signs NEW! Event Guide Belly-band $3,500 Grab the attention of thousands of attendees as they arrive. AXPONA will create a belly band with your logo and message that will wrap around each event guide. Belly band may reflect your logo and room #. Pop Up/Pull Up Banner in Prominent Location (Lobby Level) $750 AXPONA provides a sign like a pop up banner to be placed in a prominent area. Sponsor provides artwork. The wrap will be hung on the outside doors of 3 elevators. Open up your listening room to host the registered media attendees before the show officially opens. 5 Your Sign in Prominent Area: $500 Sponsor provides a sign like a pop up banner to be placed in a prominent area. Show Management determines the exact location and places the sign. Show Management approves the sign beforehand. NEW! Wrist Band Sponsor: $1,500 SOLD 1-color logo on wrist bands given out to attendees for entry to all three days of the show. Wrist band provided by AXPONA Attendee Ticket Buyer Receipt: $995 SOLD Company name and 25 word description on the receipt all ticket buyers receive and bring to the show for admittance. NEW! Exhibitor Reception: $2,500 Logo/company info along with all promotions of the Exhibitor Reception to Exhibitors (i.e., website, s).
