If you paid via direct debit, it can take up to 7 days for us to receive your payment. Once we receive your deposit, you will be contacted by your Customer Success Specialist (CSS) - typically within hours. Your CSS will be with you every step of the way for the entirety of your partnership with us. If you didn t provide all artwork to your Account Executive, you will be prompted to provide it through our self-service portal. Login details and reminder s will be sent to you to complete. Our designers will create a bespoke advertisement for your business. You will have the opportunity to update your advertisement up to 6 times each year. We will send your advertisement for you to provide feedback. You have up to 2 review submissions, so please make sure you pull together all of your changes when submitting feedback. Following approval, you will receive a confirmation that your advertisement has gone live. Our in-house production team will create your bespoke advertisement for you. You ll also receive up to 6 free artwork changes per year, so you can update your creative with a new special or offer 4 CAN I TRIAL IT FOR 3 MONTHS? Our advertising works on repetition. We play your advertisement up to 60 times per day, every day, every week for 24 months giving you over 37,000 unique impressions. 9 Patient Voice Survey findings The Patient Voice Survey collects demographic and behavioural data of patients in the waiting room where we have a Medical Media screen displayed. We also invite participants to share their feedback on their waiting room experience and response to the content they view on screen.
