Late Lunch Sponsor - $1000 Includes recognition in and an ad space on the inside front cover of the golf program, an ad space in the June chamber newsletter, table tents during the late lunch, opportunity to display company brochures, banners during the late lunch, and one foursome registration (includes green fees, cart rental, breakfast, late lunch, four drink tickets and four mulligans). Breakfast Sponsor - $800 Includes recognition and an ad space in the golf program, and the Chamber newsletter. 8 Farmer s Market Vendors of fresh vegetables and fruits, honey, homemade baked items, along with independent contractors selling homemade items, and Scentsy, Pink Zebra etc. Weekly $5 Set Up Fee No Registration required Winter Market Independent contractors selling homemade items and/or items such as Scentsy, Pink Zebra etc. Winter Market is held in the 1st Street Armoury Building from 4 to 6pm, one day a week (TBD) 8

9 Pottery on the Square In collaboration with the Collectors of Illinois Pottery and Stoneware Club, the Monmouth Chamber organizes Pottery on the Square each June. The event promotes tourism and is an opportunity for residents and visitors to learn about vintage pottery. The Chamber releases a new pottery piece every year that corresponds with Pottery on the Square. Below are some photos from prior events. 9

10 BaconFest 2019 BaconFest will be in it s 5th year in To accommodate Monmouth College students and their families, and for hopefully cooler weather, we are moving BaconFest to the fall this year for the first time. The event will be September 28, 2019 from 5 to 9, once again on the downtown square. Food vendors pay $250 to participate, Smithfield donates the bacon to each vendor to prepare their dishes. Vendors should be prepared to sell at least 500 servings of a $3 item, and may sell other items if they like, and the vendors keep all of their proceeds. There is a kids corner, bacon eating contest, band, and non-food vendors that also participate in the evening. 11 Christmas on the Square Yes, it s that time of the year again! We would like to invite you to become a sponsor of the 2nd Annual Christmas on the Square Event. It will be held on a Friday evening in November 2019 from 5 to 7 pm. The Warren County YMCA, Warren County United Way, and the Monmouth Area Chamber are joining forces to bring a holiday event that we hope to grow and become an annual tradition. We are asking every business to consider how they can participate to make this a must come event! Our members are given the opportunity to advertise in various sizes, inside pages or the covers. You can speak for around minutes on your business. Signage is put up indicating the sponsor.
