5 A la Carte Opportunities for ASNT 2017 Annual Conference Exhibitors Innovation Forum Presentation $ minutes to make a targeted presentation to attendees. A 40-seat theater will be set up inside the Exhibit Hall. Forum hours will be on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 am to 2 pm. A limited number of presentation spots are available. Aisle Signs 18 Available $1,000 per side / 36 Sides 8 x 2 When an attendee is looking for your booth, all they have to do is look up. Includes your company name and logo on the aisle sign for the aisle where you are located Aisle Carpet Decals $500/2 for $750 Or they can look down. Exhibitors Scavenger Hunt $400 Be a part of the hunt. Using the Annual Conference App, attendees will be directed to participating exhibitor booths. After visiting, the exhibitor will give the attendee a code, which when entered into the App earns the attendee a badge. For every 10 badges earned, the attendee earns a chance to win a prize. Prize drawings will be done Tuesday and Wednesday in the Exhibit Hall at designated times. Winners must be present to claim their prize. Leaderboards will be posted strategically throughout the meeting space to build excitement and participation.
