2 1 A Few Facts CPRD Academy A vital part of the arts community employing more than 50 independent artists/educators Annually awards over $20k in scholarships Student body: 650 In School and After School Outreach Cleo Parker Robinson Dance is one of the largest service providers of arts education in the metropolitan area serving more than 20,000 youth each year. Cleo Parker Robinson Dance programming is unique in that it provides curriculum and evidence-based services both during and after-school hours in addition to intensive summer programming. ABOUT US CPRD raises funds year-round to subsidize our school programming, allowing students across the Metro area access to dance, movement and music. CPRD focuses support on schools that Reside in the Five Points neighborhood Show a commitment to arts and dance curriculum Have a 80% or higher FRL (free and reduced lunch rate) In 2017 CPRD provided programming for school aged children (5-18 yrs) in six counties Thanks to contributions from our 2017 Gala, CPRD is on track to grow our Arts in Education programming significantly in 2018! Serving 7,964 students in the Fall 2017 semester alone! 85% of our school partners received some kind of financial assistance from CPRD in International Summer Dance Institute One Spirit Many Voices Engages students (children, teens and adults) in study of world philosophies and multicultural traditions through the creative arts Annually hosts master teachers and artists from around the world Serves approximately 1,000 students Total Costs for CPRD Education Programs: $400K+
