3 The Punta Gorda Boat Show presented by Malibu Rum is centrally located in the heart of Southwest Florida in downtown Punta Gorda. A short drive for any of the 100,000 registered boaters on Florida s Southwest Coast. To ensure the best possible attendance for this four-day event, we have designed a comprehensive promotional campaign that utilizes direct mail, newspapers, radio, specialty publications, internet and television. From a grand presentation to an exhibit booth, we have many options available. Make no mistake this is a SALES event that will be marketed to thousands of boating enthusiasts in and around Southwest Florida. This event is designed to promote your business and your products and we ve set the stage for your success! Please take a few minutes to review all the available opportunities; we re sure you ll find something that suits you and your business. EXHIBIT BOOTHS Meet, greet and sell from the comfort of a 10 x 10 exhibit booth. Your booth fee includes a skirted table, two chairs and signage. Electricity is also available. Exhibit booths will be located inside of a 6000 square foot tent. The cost for an exhibit booth is only $400. DEALER DISPLAY AREAS The Punta Gorda Boat Show offers a wide variety of display and sales opportunities. Outside Vendor Space A spaces are 25x25 and are located just outside of the vendor tent. They include only the space. The cost is $500 per location. B spaces are 10x10 and are located adjacent to the Food Tent. They include only the space. The cost is $300 per location. Boat Dealer Display Space Bulk space with several different sizes available. They include only the space. The cost is $1.00 per square foot. Custom Sizes available to suit your specific needs. 4 Punta Gorda Boat Show Marketing Plan Print Media Significant print advertising will be utilized in the Charlotte Sun-herald, Florida Weekly, as well as regional Boating magazines and newspapers Social Media An online presence will be maintained through a professional social media marketing company on FaceBook Punta Gorda Boat Show, as well as our parent company's 5 additional social media sites Radio A comprehensive radio campaign promoting the Punta Gorda Boat Show utilizing a minimum of 4 different stations throughout southwest Florida including but not limited to Kix Country 92.9, Seaview 104.9, WCCF 1580, NBC Sports Talk Radio 1070 Television Extensive cable television advertising on Comcast feature a 60 second commercial promoting the Punta Gorda boat Show to air on a dozen stations including popular outdoor, fishing, and boating networks Direct Mail A direct mail campaign will target waterfront homes in the Punta Gorda Isles & Burnt Store Isles communities. (All waterfront- over 10,000 potential boat buyers)

5 Punta Gorda Boat Show Fishing Village and Food Court Fishin Franks Fishing Village Fishin Franks will have their entire fishing village on site with a large selection of fishing tackle and accessories. Fishin Franks will host the fishing and boating seminar area where local captains and boat show vendors may provide seminars on fishing, boating, and specialty products. The area will include a covered seating area as well as a speaking riser with PA system Vendors are encouraged to coordinate with the show producer to promote their products through seminars and hands on demonstrations. Food Court Also at the center of the show grounds, a food court will be available with great food and covered seating for show attendees to relax and take a break from touring the show. New this year will be the Boat Show Tiki Bar in the center of the show with full bar, covered seating, and live island music!
