1 2018 Corporate Partnership Program CONNECTING CORPORATE PARTNERS AND PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE 2018 Corporate Partnership Overview The goal of the 2018 OAND Corporate Partnership Program is to connect our corporate partners with our professional members and our student affiliates in order to promote excellence in Naturopathic Medicine. Corporate partnership is your investment in NDs and in the promotion of naturopathic medicine in Ontario. Your financial support is vital in helping the OAND continue to deliver quality education, business opportunities and advocacy for NDs in the province. There are three levels of partnership, each with its own set of valued benefits. We are dedicated to providing our corporate partners access and insight into the naturopathic medicine profession in Ontario. We encourage you to take a look at all this program can offer you. Along with standard benefits, there are optional add-ons that allow you to customize your package to suit your business focus needs. Detailed information about each benefit can be found in the subsequent pages along with the Corporate Partnership Contract. *Please note that all partnership agreements are subject to OAND approval. Our partnership packages are designed to offer you maximum exposure by putting you in touch with our members through diverse communication avenues. These include the annual Convention, the Spring Conference, education seminars/webinars, monthly e-newsletter, quarterly magazine, promotional s, and much more.

2 Corporate Benefits... What can you expect? OAND ANNUAL CONVENTION The OAND Annual Convention is the largest naturopathic medicine event in Canada. Our convention offers unparalleled business opportunities, as it guarantees high visibility and significant exposure to naturopathic doctors. Our members count on this annual opportunity for continuing education, product launches, product education, and networking and to conduct business. (Please see Exhibitor Prospectus for more details). OAND SPRING CONFERENCE AND AGM The NDs that attend this event are the most engaged and influential in the profession. Attendance at this event ranges from NDs. Types of sponsorship benefits include: name and logo placement in all marketing materials, promotional display outside presentation room, OAND verbally thanks sponsor at beginning of presentation and directs audience to sponsor tradeshow booth at end of presentation. OAND WEBINARS Webinars and recordings make it easy for NDs to get CE credits, from the comfort of their home or office. Types of sponsorship benefits include: name and logo placement in all marketing materials, OAND verbally thanks sponsor at the beginning and end of presentation, OAND sends sponsor attendee s after the webinar. SPONSORED PRODUCT WEBINARS *NEW* New in 2018 is the ability to sponsor and host a 45min-1hr product webinar. As a corporate partner you can sponsor a webinar hosted as lunchtime learning by the OAND about a product or service. OAND will market and promote the event to members. There is a flat fee for this opportunity. OAND will also provide attendee s post event. PULSE ADVERTISING The OAND magazine, the PULSE, is a quarterly publication for professional and student members of the OAND. Valued and read by our members, the PULSE includes communication on all OAND programs including government affairs and continuing education, current issues, clinical articles, event listings and much more. Corporate partners receive reduced rates on PULSE display ads. All corporate partners receive a FREE subscription to the OAND PULSE. ***Please see our Media Kit for more information and to book your ad! econnect ADVERTISING econnect is the OAND s monthly newsletter. With a circulation of over 1300, it is an invaluable communication tool for the association. FACEBOOK ADVERTISING *NEW* The OAND hosts a MEMBER-ONLY Facebook group that boasts 70% of our membership. We use this as a vehicle to reach members and push our information to them and to start and encourge discussion among group members. As a Corporate Partner we would give you the ability to post an ad in the group every month through the OAND account.

I understand that ads must be received by the ad submission date in order to reserve space in each issue. I understand that payment is to be made in full within 30 days of receipt of each quarterly invoice. Refunds will not be provided for ad cancellations received after the listed artwork deadline. If I should withdraw my advertising prior to the completion of the contract, then the price per issue of the ad will revert back to the 1X rate, and the appropriate charges will apply.
