2 Event Highlights The Tree Lighting Celebration is held in the heart of Southlake Town Square, one of the most popular shopping and dining areas in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. With close to 100 shops and 30 restaurants, it s a valuable location for your company s visibility. Over 10,000 attendees join Santa to illuminate Southlake Town Square and delight in the holiday festivities. Santa s Village is a popular spot for complimentary family photos with Santa Children can enjoy tubing down our favorite four lane snow hill or build their very own snowman Families have the opportunity to take a complimentary carriage ride through Southlake Town Square s Frank E. Cornish, IV Park Families will also enjoy tasty treats from various food vendors like funnel cakes, hot chocolate, kettle corn and more! The City of Southlake reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from any corporation which, in our opinion, is unlikely to contribute to the overall mission of the organization. Your Responsibilities as a Sponsor In order to represent your organization to the best of our ability, we need your assistance to make it a true success. Sponsors must also sign an agreement with the City of Southlake regarding policies and procedures for the event. An executed copy will be returned to Sponsor. The benefit package will not begin until the Sponsor agreement is executed. Your corporate logo will be used in the areas noted on the Sponsorship Opportunities Page.
