3 Keynote Speaker Brett Johnson is the founder of The Institute for Innovation, Integration & Impact, Inc, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Passionate about the abolition of dichotomy eradicating the false barriers between facets of life, Brett is particularly interested in removing the barrier between the so-called secular and sacred. A chartered accountant, writer, father and social entrepreneur, Brett is dedicated to societal transformation through business and leadership development. Brett has over thirty years of experience with leading public accounting and management consulting firms. He and the team at The Institute have repurposed hundreds of corporations, working extensively with executive groups within businesses, NGOs and international charities, helping them dream new futures, and align around a common purpose. A South African native, Brett has lived in Silicon Valley with his family for over 25 years. 4 Executive Summary The 5 th Annual Marketplace Summit Thursday, May 2, 2012 Abernethy Center, Oregon City Purpose: To challenge Christians in business by creating a forum of presentations and discussions regarding today s marketplace movement taking place throughout the Northwest, America & the nations, wherein business owners, managers and employees will be prepared and equipped to participate in what God is doing in this season. Format: The Summit will feature five general sessions & activation activities with our Keynote Speakers, Brett Johnson. Time: 7 AM 4 PM, including a National Day of Prayer Breakfast (featuring local Community, Marketplace & Faith Leaders), Lunch, General Sessions & Activation activities. Presenting Organizations: The Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest in partnership with the Fellowship of Companies for Christ / Christ@Work groups, Nehemiah Project International Ministries, Transformational Leadership, C12 Groups, Full Gospel Business Men s Fellowship in America, Serving Our Neighbors & other marketplace ministries in our region. Expected attendance: 300+ tickets will be sold, wherein members of the presenting organizations will invest $99 per person ($129 after Fri, April 27 th ) & guests (non-members) will invest $129 per person ($159 after Fri, April 27 th ), so there is an encouragement for guests to save $30 by becoming members.
