2 Corporate Logo Components and Appearance Company Logo: Norman USA For single logo display, the company logo is always positioned on the lower right-hand corner of the page. For multiple logo display, the product logo is always positioned on the upper left-hand corner and the company logo is positioned on the lower right-hand corner. The following guidelines must be followed for all use of the Logos, product images and taglines: 1. They may not be used in any manner that might imply that any non-norman International Company materials, including but not limited to products, services, websites, photography or publications are sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Norman. 2. They may not be misrepresented or used as a design feature for any non-norman product or service. 3. All must be used in its original form, including but not limited to color, proportion, size or design, or removal of any words, artwork, or trademark symbols. 4. They may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance. 5. They may not be displayed as primary or prominent features on any non-norman Shutters products and materials. NIC Page 4 updated 01/2009

5 6. Logo artwork May never be used in the same application with a Norman competitor Use only approved/supplied Logo artwork Logos may only be displayed in the specified PMS color or in black. The Logos may never be screened back or broken into multiple colors. Logos must always be accompanied by the proper trademark symbol at first mention. Logos must stand alone and may not be combined with any other object, including but not limited unauthorized logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols. Logos must be used to represent the company or product line in text, including a headline or body copy. Logos may never be reversed on a dark background, used as texture, used on textured background, used with shading, or used within a frame. 7. Samples of any media that contains a Norman logo, product image, service and/or reference to such, must be submitted to the Marketing Department for recording purposes. 8. Norman reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify any of the logos/images, and may request that third parties to modify or delete any use of the logos/images that, in Norman s sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines, or might otherwise impair Norman s right in the logos/images. 9. All logos/images must be attributed to the company with the phrase, and denote trademarks owned by Norman USA 10. All company-supplied photographs must bear the phrase 2008 Norman within the image or directly under it as well as the Norman logo must appear with the photograph. NIC Page 5 updated 01/2009
