1 2007 Dear Potential Sponsor, Ventura Village, Minneapolis The first outdoor multi cultural juried art fair in Minnesota will make its debut this August. Art Fair will be held Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19, 10 AM to 6 PM each day on East Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis. will host an eclectic mix of art and entertainment for its participants and guests. Local, regional, and national artists will be invited to present artwork from five general cultural categories: African, American Indian, Asian, European, and Hispanic. has designed their Sponsorship Opportunities to provide a more flexible and tailored Marketing program for the product and service industry. The design will provide you greater market access and exposure to the community as well as to the audience that supports it. We have designed each sponsorship level with benefits that provide the greatest value back for your investment. You will also receive a final report after the festival defining these values. In 2006, the University of Minnesota Tourism Center and Center for Urban and Regional Affairs were contracted to profile visitors to a similar events. designed five investment levels in which you may participate. There are two types of benefit structures within each package. Column logo represents benefits that you will automatically receive by investing at that particular level. The Purple icon represents options to support each of the sponsorship levels. An appendix has been added to define each of the levels and benefits as listed in this menu style sponsorship package. The level of sponsorship determines the number of packages available. For example, there are only two $7,500 packages available. At the $ level, there are multiple packages available. Only one company per street side will be identified during the two month installation. You will also be announced on stage as being the sponsor for this program. Your 19 banners will be visibly placed in the Lamp Posts on the South side of Franklin Avenue. Only one company per street side will be identified during the two month installation. There are three sponsor opportunities available for the Wellness Village. These sponsors can provide one to two 3 X 10 Banners that will be strategically placed in the Village. This tent is placed in a high traffic area within the event. If you have samples or offers, they can only be distributed in Wellness tent on Saturday and Sunday. Lounge Volunteers T's There are three sponsor opportunities available for the Children s Wellness Village. These sponsors can provide one to two 3 X 10 Banners that will be strategically placed in the Village. This tent is placed in a high traffic area within the event and associated with the Main Wellness Village. If you have samples or offers, they can only be distributed in Wellness tent on Saturday and Sunday. Any Health, Educational, or Support program can be identified on this banner as well. Please ask our Sponsorship Team for other creative marketing ideas in utilizing your space. will provide two 10 X 10 Tents, with two 8 banquet tables, and four chairs. You may do any type of programming within this space. The two tents can be attached to each other or you may want to have two separate locations on site. If you have a promotional inflatable, a vehicle, or some other type of prop, this can take the place of a tent, table, and chairs setup if it fits within the designated 10 X 10 space. You may also exchange both setups with a number of ideas that can be provided by our Sponsorship Team. Please ask our Sponsorship Team for other creative marketing ideas in utilizing your space. will provide ONE 10 X 10 Tent, with one 8 banquet table, and two chairs. You may do any type of programming within that space. Lounge to meet other community leaders, gain exposure to other sponsors, and enjoy complimentary food and beverages, and other amenities for V.I.P. s only. Your banner will be visibly placed on the Village Tent. There are three sponsor opportunities available that will be identified during the event. You will also be announced on the stage as being the sponsor for this program. If you have samples or offers, they can be distributed in the lounge. Your banner will be visibly placed on the V.I.P. A maximum of three company banners will be identified during this program. Your logo and other specific language can be placed on the 3 X 10 banner. will provide the banner for this property with your language and logo. Also, you may provide any literature at this booth that represents your organization. Your logo would be placed on each Artisan sign that is on each booth. There is no limit to numbers of Promotional Sponsorship Booths. Any businesses, for profit or not for profit wanting to distribute materials, inform the public or sell goods can purchase a promotional booth space. A 10 X 10, table, and chairs are not included. Ventura Village s website will be a highly visible vehicle in driving traffic to the event.
