5 >> ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS CONDITIONS All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher (Associations North). Rates are based on materials being received as a completed file. Advertisers should proof read ads carefully before submission. Associations North is not responsible for ad errors noticed after materials are received by the publisher. SPACE RESERVATIONS & INSTRUCTIONS Advertising orders must be submitted in writing by space reservation deadline, clearly stating name and address of advertiser, issue(s), size and special instructions. Advertisers and advertising agencies are jointly responsible for payment of all advertising TERMS Net 30 days. All ad placements subject to the terms and conditions listed in this information brochure. Advertising rates are subject to change. Rates are guaranteed for the duration of the original contract. Additional charges may apply for additional formatting or production work. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS Advertisers are responsible for submitting materials by deadlines indicated. In the event ad artwork/digital media is not received by deadlines indicated, Associations North reserves the right to republish last insertion. Advertisers agree to pay for such insertions. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of advertising cannot be accepted after space reservation closing date for that issue/special publication.
